This company is absolutely terrible

This company is absolutely terrible. The customer service is attrocious.

I purchased a server from them, and all was well. Until one day I logged into my account and found that my payment was apparently overdue. Being a good customer I immediately paid the overdue amount.

To my horror, I now had two ventrilo servers, instead of the one I had orginally paid for. I immediately contacted support telling them of the problem. I didnt get an answer from them, so after a few days I logged into the control panel again on their website, to find that they had simply cancelled this new server that i hadnt ordered, and had stolen my payment.

I asked them to refund me or atleast add the amount of money I had paid already onto my account for the next month. They refused and told me it was all my fault and tough luck. I decided to play it cool and continue to request for the funds back.

Meanwhile... Later that week I desperately needed to upgrade my server, so that more people could connect to it. I went to their website control panel again and paid for an addition 40 slots on the server. I paid about $7 pro rated till the end of my current contract, and then agrred to pay a subscription of $29.99, per month in 6 days time. To my horror after paying the bill, I got an error message when returning to their website, and for some reason they did not upgrade my server.

When I contacted them about it, they told me that I had placed the roder but it would not go live untill i had paid the subscription in 6 days. I asked them what did I pay a pro rated amount of $7 for. They werent able to give me an appropriate answer other than to say what they had already said.

I have since cancelled my subscriptions with them, but they are proving incredibly troublesome with paypal, as I try to claim the funds back.

There website claims to have 45 day money back guarentee if there is a problem, and that there support is very good and is 24/7.

However in my short experience with this company I can tell you that they don't practise what they preach. Approach with caution!
