I have never been conned in my entire life, last month I went to Bangladesh for a family function and ordered a pairs of sneakers for around $25. But the quality of the shoes were so bad I could not wear them at all. So disappointing...

They have their own official store from where you can buy things. Or you can buy from other shops within their website or app.
If you buy from their official store they'll usually provide good products. But they don't monitor the goods of other shops. Sometimes the products of other shops can't meet the demands of customers. And sometimes they themselves provide cracked or duplicate products.
Lastly, Bangladesh is a developing country. The demands of online based service are increasing day by day. But Daraz is exploiting this opportunity. Hope they'll do better in near future.
The core idea of it is totally terrific and full of interprofitability. My follow up advice for any agents out there just to make sure to have a good follow up process and the desire to work multiple leads for good amount of time. Conversion may take time and ultimately, for myself.
Shipping fees are very high... when free shipping is offered then products are always canceled. Items advertise cash on delivery but AFTER placing the order it is not an option... the only option is to cancel the order, and then daraz blocks your acct for canceling an order. And quite often receive the wrong product. A very dishonest business!
Daraz is a medium online shop because this company product does not maintain time quality and others all of the big problem they cannot give right time delivery
