This place is absolutely horrible. There's no one totalk to and only emails that never reach anyone. I had to file for return. Charged a 22 dollar return fee to send back a 100 dollar laptop. Supposedly refurbished, the thing was just used and not functioning to add to the problem. It still was locked under the initial user and the battery wouldn't charge. It would only work plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Absolutely stay away from this company! You will not be happy.
The Apple Watch I received in almost 2 weeks… it was supposed 2-5 day shipping. I also tried to connect the Apple Watch I received would not connect to my daughters phone even with Apple support. Then I go return it…3 days later…I will not get refunded for the for extended warranty and I have to pay shipping back for defective item they sent me. Worst customer service… don't don't buy from them.

I've tried on two occasions to buy a Taser or stun gun and DailySales.com has refunded my money back because they said I needed a license in my state. So I finally got a FOID card and email them a picture of it, and all they can say is a they forward my request to their fulfillment team and it will get back to me as soon as they receive a response. They're beating around the bush for some reason and the only reason I gave them two stars is because I bought a silver chain from them..
I recently purchased a Vizo 38" surround system and the system arrived without the necessary attachments to install it. The company did nothing to fix it, and when I offered to purchase the accessories myself for $10.00 and requested a $10 credit they refused. Really poor customer service as refurbished is "like new" and missing accessories is not "like new". I will be returning the item of refund, and you have lost a customer forever.

DailySale.com finally submitted a full refund of my purchase price for the defective iphone SE that I ordered. They were under pressure from the Better Business Bureau of Broward County Florida to make this transaction right, and they did so, therefore I am increasing the overall rating to 2 stars, cautiously!
I purchased a refurbished Apple iphone SE 2020 for $148.00, a Double-Protection Plan for $43.90, and the DailySale.com website automatically included Shipping Protection for $16.98 (which I did not want but had no choice), for a grand total of $208.88. The phone arrived defective, rebooting itself every 3 minutes, so I called tech support at Apple and spent the next 3 hours with Apple unsuccessfully trying to fix the phone. Apple concluded the only way to fix it was to send it to them for a fee. I decided to get a full refund from DailySale.com and began filling out the proper forms on their "returns" website, only to find out the following about their refund policy: 1) they charge $28.00 handling fee; 2) the Double-Protection Plan is non-refundable (even though its not specified at time of purchase); 3) the mandatory Shipping Protection is also non-refundable (also not specified at the time of purchase). The total refund from DailySale.com is $134.06, which means they are keeping $74.82 of my money after sending me a defective product that could not be fixed by the original manufacturer unless totally dismantled. This deceitful Company actually does business in the United States of America? Are you kidding me? I think DailySale.com defines the word "SERVICE" as something a bull gives to a cow, not to mention the fact that their refund policy is illegal in 50 states, and in a court of law. These people are crooks, and need to be dealt with.
I bought a refurbished Dyson stick vac. It arrived and was as beautiful as a brand new one. It came charged and ready to use. I used it and then put it on the charger. I used it again and put it on the charger. I used it the third time and put it on the charger. I went to use it the 4th time and it was dead. I tried the plug in in another kart if the house thinking something was wrong with the plug in. The battery will not charge and the Dyson stick vac will not work. I emailed the company and they cannot find my order. Not by phone number, email address or name. I just paid $300 for a vacuum I cannot use.

10 days into "3-5 day sgipping" and it has JUST left the warehouse. I do have confidence that I will recieve my product but 10+ days is absurd when I was told via the website 3-5 days.
Customer service just spins me in circles and offers no compensation or resolution.
I'm only giving them a 2 in hopes that I actually get my package. It took 7days from the order date just to get a shipping label. No idea where the package is, tracking is iffy at best, and they do not answer emails. Use at your own risk.

I got my Apple Watch Series 5 refurbished but the quality was way lower than expected & the battery wouldn't even hold its charge. You expect a refurbished item to have minor wear on it but this one seemed like they dropped it.

Just received a defected item. I have made several attempts to speak with someone and did not get a response. I need to return the item but no one responds to my calls or emails.
Poor customer service
I purchased a 3mm chain they sent a 1mm. Now I have to jump through send a picture, wait for them to send return envelope. They made a mistake. Now in being treated like I did something to mess the orders up.

Ordered an iPad that arrived with a charger that would not fit the slot, would not charge with my own apple charger and I emailed them 3 times for a detail procedure for returns with NO response. Won't use them again... ever!
