If you're reading this, you're probably in the same position I found myself in recently. I reached a point in my hair loss where I felt the need to research hair alternatives. I didn't really know where to begin, so off I went to the World Wide Web. I came across Cyster Wigs in my search and from what I watched of Heather Hershey, I knew that I appreciated what Cyster Wigs and HairKittyKitty were doing. A friend of mine has quite an impressive wig collection and she let me try some of hers; to get a feel of what I liked and needed. At least I had that much personal experience before I bought my own. I ordered my very first wig and instantly fell in love with it. I knew after a full day of wearing it, even into the late evening, that this CysterWigs Limited Collection wig was for me! I wasn't itching to rip it off on my head when I got home after a long day. When it was time to remove it for the evening I was actually sad to take it off. It truly was that comfortable. Also, I live in the Southern U.S. and let me tell you, it's humid as all get out and hot, even in the spring. I have had no problems wearing my CysterWigs L. C. wigs, even in this muggy weather. I have since ordered a couple more. Everyone needs a backup and a backup for their backup, right? The hair fibers are so soft and feel close to bio-hair. I couldn't stop running my fingers through them. The colors and styles available are amazing. I recently had a need to contact their customer care department. They were extremely swift in response time and by days end my issue was resolved. They have far exceeded my expectations in all areas and I have rarely had such an amazing customer service experience as I've had with Cyster Wigs. Wherever you may be in your personal hair loss journey, I can wholeheartedly recommend Cyster Wigs and HairKittyKitty.

I've ordered four wigs from CysterWigs so far, and every experience has been great. I will definitely be ordering much more from them in the future. The site is really helpful with informative information about each wig. Many times there are pictures of the wigs on someone who works at CysterWigs, so you can see what it looks like on a real person. They also have tons of YouTube video reviews that are so helpful. Their Instagram account posts pictures of their clients in their wigs... another way to see them on real people. I'm a big fan of this site and the shopping experience.

I've always had EXCELLENT experiences with Cysterwigs! They make purchasing easy, offer excellent discounts, and accept returns! This is not your typical hair place! I LOVE the hair reviews and color spotlights that Heather does on YouTube and often base my hair decisions off of those reviews. The customer service has always been by far some of the best! Would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

This is the only place I will ever buy wigs! I can't say enough good things about cysterwigs. Heather and her staff are amazing and are willing and able to answer any and all questions that you may have. I love the fact that Heather does her own reviews on all the wigs because they often look different than the model photo!

I've never had a problem ordering from cysterwigs. Everything always comes correct and on time. I don't trust any other site to buy my wigs from after finding cyster wigs!

CysterWigs is THE best place to buy wigs online. Heather and her team really provide a lot of education and resources regarding wigs, what the construction terms mean, color spotlights and definitions, etc. Their prices are very good and there are always coupons available. I have purchased many wigs and returned a couple as well and have never had any problems. I am grateful for all of the services they provide.

This is a great company. It has a small hometown shop feel. I love Heather's adorable and helpful videos. I am new to wearing wigs. I've only ordered, two. I adored "Amal" in the Silverstone. It fit perfectly and is the same color as my bio hair. I tried a Noriko "Sky" wig in Sandy Silver that just wasn't me. It was too small and too brown for me. It was a beautiful wig. It just didn't suit me. I had to return it.

I recently ordered a wig and realized I ordered the wrong color for me. I emailed Cyster and the problem to change colors was taken care of immediately. I received my "corrected color" wig in a couple of days and you can't beat the price. I don't see discounts like this anywhere. I've used the same company for several years which is a good company but I wish I would have switched over to Cyster sooner. The Videos of all of the wigs by Heather are fantastic - she's so honest and detailed. Just an all around good company with excellent customer service.

Since Oct 2018, I have purchased about 1 dozen wigs from Cysterwigs. All transactions have been seamless and my interactions with the client help desk have been very helpful and professional. Heather runs her business with integrity, passion and heart. She spends countless hours making videos for color spotlights and wig reviews and posts them all on YouTube. Watching these videos have helped me come to a decision on style, color and just learning more about wigs in general. Her passion has carried over to color codes and creating/customizing special colors as well which is great. I also love that she models most wigs AND will not carry any styles or brands that she feels is low quality. I feel this truly shows that she cares about her customers. The coupon codes are always available and save you money. The website itself is very user friendly. As you can tell, I'm a huge Cysterwigs fan and a customer for life!

I ordered Rene of Paris's Aria in Illumina-R. I first watched all of Heather's videos on this color and this style. This wig came pretty quickly. I've never had a real problem with this company. I do initiate the conversation when I have a question about something that seems to be late and I find I need to this with other smaller wig companies too. When, I've had a question, I've always gotten quick responses.

Great video, wonderful customer service, and fast shipping! I plan on ordering more wigs from this company in the future. Need I say more?:-)

I just received Charlotte by Tressallure and I absolutely love the color and style. Ready to wear right out of the box. I call her my Fancy hair! Going tonite, plan to where her and fix her up a bit.

I really love this wig. The color, blending and highlights are outstanding. It really looks like human hair. It's gorgeous, everything is perfect about it. So many compliments, they think it's my hair. I tell them it's a wig and there in disbelief. And then I have to tell them all where I bought it from. This is my absolute favorite and I have a lot of wigs. It's my go to wig. It's so believable and real looking. This wig is a must have. I also couldn't believe how fast it came, less than a week.
