I do not think this company is legitimate. I can get no response from the contact email and phone number they gave me. The only time I get a response is if I have Amazon reach out to them (I purchased the furniture from Cymax through Amazon) and then the response is not a resolution. Not only that, but the shipping company has scheduled the delivery and then cancelled twice (each of those times I had to make arrangements to be available for the 8 hour delivery window). Currently, I am getting no reply from the seller or shipping company in response to my emails, texts, or calls. I would really like to receive the cabinet (I have waited a long time!), but at this point, I don't know what else to do but request a refund.

Tip for consumers:
This company is completely inept with customer service and follow-through. Thankfully, I ordered through Amazon, so I should be able to get a refund. I will NEVER order from this company again.

This is BY FAR the worst online shopping experience I ever had (and I'd like to preface this by saying I am not a difficult shopper, I rarely have any complains with retailers).
1. The product depicted is not what you get
2. They accept NO exchanges /returns
3. They charged me for a mattress I never received because I got it for the bed I wanted to return which I also bought with them since it was different measurements than what was indicated online. They cancelled the mattress but still charged me all kinds of hidden charges, like shipping, stocking/restocking, for the total of over $100+ (more than the actual mattress) but the mattress was never shipped/delivered although I asked them to send it anyway when they told me about the charges thinking I could maybe sell it on Amazon. They said they'll send it if I pay for it the whole sum again. It was a long trail of phone calls/email exchanges.
4. When I tried to sue them in small claims court, turns out you can't since it's a canadian company.

BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
Cymax was quick to take my order and promised that I would have my item within one week. After one week the order still had not even been shipped. To further compound the situation no one at cymax could even estimate a shipping date. Trying to contact cymax for any reason other than to place an order has proved to be an even greater problem. My credit card was charged when the order was placed, not when shipped as it is with most on line businesses. Currently I am trying to cancel my order with cymax and it is becomming another problem. My advice is to stay away from cymax.
