New rider and since I learned about cycle gear I have had no issues other than the local store is a far drive for me. The people at the Bedford location have been courteous and attentive each time I have been in. Online has been fine. I try to wait until there is a sale.
I followed the tracking of my order and when it showed that my order had arrived at the selected store I was expecting a call or email. None came. I called the store to see if I could pick up my order and was informed that my order had arrived but had been marked with a different name. Thankfully I was able to get my order before someone else was notified to pick it up.
