Folks at Wade Hampton are helpful. I'm going to make an effort to buy from my local store (online store also) instead of Amazon.
Fast, professional service coupled with actual humans who answer the telephone and are genuinely service oriented.
The quick connect device on the left side of the visor pops out at various times. I guess my beef is really with Bell helmets. Next time, I will buy a different brand.
The employees at the Tacoma Cycle Gear were amazing! I went in a few times to try on different helmets to find the right brand, size and shape. As a new rider, it was my first time buying a new helmet that was specifically for me. They were very patient with my indecision and lack of knowledge. They really knew the product and guided me to find the best one.
I had a very good experience! Employees were knowledgeable and helpful! I ordered the wrong size and returned the gloves, and the replacement was at my front door in two days! Very satisfied!
Have ordered from Cycle Gear a few times a year always great service and experiences.
Went into the store and ordered. Came in a few days as promised.
Everything I needed was in stock and ready to ship to my house
People very knowledgeable I went in asking for tires for my Goldwing and they recommended exactly what I want it and scheduled and appointment to install and balance the only day I could was a Sunday and the asked me to be there at 10 am and they were there and it took them almost nothing of time to service my wheels and what else can I say "excellent service"
Great customer service, excellent deals, usually quick with shipping as well!
The store team was very helpful in helping me order the parts I needed right to my door!
I bought the Alcan motorcycle boots online and they fit perfectly - I wasn't aware they had this awesome quick-strapping technology called BOA. So not only did I get an awesome fit, good style, and feet protection - I can put these shoes on and take them off so much faster than even my normal shoes. I used to wear snow boots, normal sneakers, or casual dress boots when I commuted to work. I always dreaded bending down with all my gear on to tie the shoes...now I just slide them on, twist a dial, and fold over a flap! Yeah, this was the best gear purchase I've ever made.
Employees were very helpful in finding the right tires for my bike. Friendly and attentive service!
The store worker helped me find what I needed. When one item I wanted wasn't available in store, it was easy to order online
Easy, and the staff was very helpful. Good hours and big selection of gear
Good, no problems
I am typing to meet the 50 character requirement
Got my first Shoei helmet and the folks at Cycle Gear were super helpful! I got a great helmet for a good price, and was in good hands through the whole selection process.
It seems like Comoto brands version of two day shipping means that they'll maybe ship it within two business days, by the slowest means possible.
And the gasket I ordered arrived creased, despite being tremendously overpacked. So I can only assume it went into the box already creased.
The carb kit was good and had all the hardware needed. Bike runs great after carburetor build. Only issue was the gasket of the bowl was too large but I managed to make it work with no leak.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
