Good product received in good condition. The trunk arrived within a couple of days but the mounting rack was about one week behind.
Selected a Shark helmet for the versatility it offers. Sales people were friendly and helpful in assisting me and getting everything I requested with great knowledge of the products they offer.
I came in when it was busy. Greeted right away and assisted. I had lots of questions and originally came in due to a recommendation. It was my first time in a cycle gear store. Came in to look at a shoei helmet. Options were presented but I didn't like any of them. They employee helped me look up a different helmet and laid out some options like credit etc. I applied and in the end decided not to take that option but come back a week later which I did and again great service by the same person. I ordered a 950$ open box helmet ( in spoke wa) and paid in full and left. Along the way I was able to easily follow the order and emails etc and connect to the purchase online tracking easily. I was emailed And called when it arrived in a timely manner and I came back to get it a day later. Only bummer was another employee wanted to see it since it was a nice helmet and he opened the box while I was talking to the original guy who helped me so he exposed it before I had a chance to have my moment of glory. But all was ok. I was assisted w my pin lock anti fog shield and was on my way. Good experience.
At first my daughter couldn't decide on which jacket to buy we opted out to buy both and return the one she didn't want at the store since the process is pretty convenient. My daughter like both jackets so much we decided to keep both since we got them at almost 50% off. 2 for the price of 1. Great deal!
I had previously used Rok straps, and these were just what I had before. However, five days after my order, the tracking link only said that the label was printed. UPS finally delivered the straps about 3 weeks after my order. Not sure where the delay happened.
Put an order in a Modular Helmet Hjc RPHA 91 Helmet arrived a week later they installed the pin lock made sure it was a correct fit and transaction was done. One happy dude.
Picked up in store. They even installed pin lock and cleaned my helmet!
Haven't bought anything for cycle gear since I left Atl. 7+ yrs ago, which i've spent a ton there in Roswell.but I always went into shop. The website said 15% discount for on-line order. They denied it, i ordered it anyway, because i wanted it.

I don't remember the gentleman that helped me but he set up an account for me. Gave me some advice on helmets because I looked all over the internet watching videos and looking at all the data on what helmet would work best for me. Came in and had the helmet I needed, ordered the color I wanted online and got delivered a few days quicker than expected!

Like my Shoei Rf-1400 that I've had for a few years. Saw the Neotech ll,it's a modular Helmut with integrated sun shield and the Sena SRL-mesh communicator fits perfectly in this Helmut. It will be great for trips. I can connect to cell phone, get verbal directions with Google maps or connect to GPS unit.
I am pleased with the quality of the pants I purchased. I read that it is wise to purchase one size up from what I normally wear. I did this and the pants fit perfectly!

The order was placed on in-stock items with RPM 2 day shipping. The order did not arrive untilna week later. The bags seem ofndecent quality, although the roller bag doesn't come with a shoulder strap, even though the bag is designed for one. Both bags will certainly work as desired.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
