Ordered ugg cardy boots from this site... merchant did not respond to my emails. When boots arrived 4 weeks later on xmas eve they arrived in a garbage bag looking wrapped box that was half crushed. The boots could not have been now counterfeit. Since I had little faith after no response from emails to company I had already purchased an authentic pair. They are not even good fakes. No cardboard insertsin boots. The ugg imprint on bottom was not imprinted same as an authentic ugg heel. Sole was unbendeable. Knit weave looser. The boot cuff didn't even stand up when folded over. Labels crooked... etc.Do not buy from this site. They give you seven days to send product back to Shanghai less bank fees shipping etc. But you have to email for return address. I'm waiting for a response from company on that since no customer service number anywhere on site. Buyer beware
