I buy all of my cooking oils from http://cybercucina.com because of their higher quality. Just google how real olive oil differs from the bad quality oil at safeway or even TJs. You will never again buy bad olive oil.
Although the selection and products from this company are top notch (which is why I ordered from them in the first place), when I called to inquire about an auto delivery (that I inadvertently signed up for), and questioned a $13 shipping charge on $16 worth of merchandise, I was talked down to, argued with, questioned, insulted... etc. Come to find out they charged me shipping for a package twice the size of mine. The phone rep claimed she was the owner, and I tried to explain that I was just asking for an explanation on the shipping cost error. She just kept repeating that they made no money on shipping, and that she didn't believe me, and it was my word against hers, and why did I care about a dollars difference? We continued to argue, and she promised she would check with the shipping department and get back to me. Weeks later, nothing. I could care less about the few to several dollar difference in shipping. What I DO care about is her hostile, argumentative response to a simple question, and the falsely elevated shipping costs (who even thinks to weigh the packages they receive to see if they match the label?), and the refusal to offer a solution, AND the accusation that I was lying to her. Seriously, I have better things to do with my time. However, now that I have had this awful experience, with no promised response or resolution, I will make the time to spread the word far and wide as to save others from experiencing the same problems. All it would have taken was: 1. A willing attitude, 2. One email of follow through. Business 101

Horrible experience. I ordered a case of tea from them. Two weeks later, I hadn't received it, and had no contact or explanation from them. So I emailed to tell them that if they hadn't shipped it, I wanted them to refund my paymnet. The next day, I got a phone call from cybercucina. Rather than apologize for the delay, the woman on the phone was rude and insulting. Never again.
