“To the person whose clothes got scratched after washing,...”

To the person whose clothes got scratched after washing, were the items chiffon? Because that material is very delicate and can only be washed using cold water on the most delicate setting. I washed mine and they were fine. I love CutieCode. Their quality is much better than other Asian fashion sellers. More expensive than others too but you get what you pay for.

“cutiecode.com is half scam”

cutiecode.com is half scam. Cost me $300.00 to purchased clothes on this website and I only received half my purchase. I emailed them it took 2 more weeks to answer back to me. They said items were out of stock and they forgot to refund. L If you do not ask them, they will never tell you. Please do not buy from cutiecode.com (korean, japanese, taiwanese clothes... etc) I am so mad with cutiecode.com.

They provide faster shipping service than most other chinese sites however, the quality is not so great at all. 2 of the blouses I bought left unbearable scratches on my first wash. Now I can't do nothing with the rest because they are dirty and I can't wash. Just would think of them as one time clotes only

I ordered $100+ worth of clothes(got the free shipping) and about 10 days later they e-mailed me that most of the clothes i ordered were out of stock and that to replace them with other items. I checked the website and the clothing I was told was"out of stock" had the "In stock" (ships in 48 hours).
So let me get this right; I ordered clothes, took a week for them to find out that they were out of stock, then they gave me the option to replace the items or they would charge me the shipping; now say that i went along and replaced the items and what, wait another week to find out if they have them in stock?
I contacted cutiecodeDOTcom by email and took more than a day to respond, and now I'm currently waiting for some representative to pick up my request and refund my money (who know when they will actually do that). They're so called friendly online customer service by windows live is offline... sigh
So to end this review/rant. I have $100 less, no clothes, and a crappy experience from cutiecodeDOTcom.
