I am so disgusted with CutCloths right now. I ordered 2 items on August 19th. The shipping agreement was 7-10 business days. It's been over a month and I haven't even received a shipping notification. I've sent 5 emails with no response. My total was $52.00. They definitely got their money. So I'm really not sure what's going on.

I am disappointed with this store, they promise that if your items are defective they will send new ones and this is a lie they have not wanted to help me with my items. Here are some photos of what I ordered and what I actually received, be careful with this store

Purchased 2 cotton linen Frida Kahlo print button front shirts, 1 women's, 1 mens.

The company bills under a different company name with no way reach customer service. They provide fake tracking initially, which disappears. It took over 8 weeks to receive! Honestly I thought I was scammed and wouldn't receive anything.

Items were not as shown in photos. Women's blouse is 100% polyester, hot, thick uncomfortable on body, I wouldn't pay $5 dollars for it at a flea market.

Men's linen cotton shirt is a poly cotton blend, mostly polyester.

Looks cheap, feels cheap, fit is bad because the shape of both shirts is just bad.

Neither items are what are shown in photos.

I would NEVER buy anything from this company again. Facebook ads are mostly scams or rip offs. This is a great example.

Website has a place to leave review, but it's set up so you can't actually post the review. OF COURSE YOU CANT! If people read the truth about them, they'd be out of business.

Paid almost $70 for garbage.

I bought a long sleeve grey pullover with Frida's face on the front saying, "Not fragile like a flower fragile like a bomb". The word flower was misspelled and you couldn't even see the word bomb, but in their pic, the word was bright and very noticeable. I was so sad, but I'm not even going to bother to try to return it. Live and learn ordering off ads that run thru Instagram.

They have a beautiful looking website with awesome pictures of their products, however the product they end up shipping to the customer is bad quality, cheap materials, nowhere near what they look like on the website. They advertise easy returns and refunds but that is a complete lie. They send the product from California but if you want to return it you need to send it to Hong Kong so the shipping cost (which you need to pay) ends up being higher than the product itself so their solution is to have you keep their worthless product and give you a $5-$8 dollar gift card.

I ordered two shirts as a birthday present. They came about a week later than expected. They turned out to be an unwanted gift simply for the material. I tried to request a return label or some assistance returning and it has taken almost two months for communication. They wanted a picture of the items and the reason for the return. They offered me $8 and to keep the items warning me it is very expensive to return. So, it's decently priced to get the item to you but not to return. Just make sure if you're buying these, you're definitely sure you're keeping them.

This is the worst scammers ever. The cloths you see online are photoshopped making them look like great quality and cotton. When you get them, it's like you purchased the cheapest polyester cloths you would would find at a gas station in Tijuana in the back. They say, satisfaction guaranteed, but this is a scam. They tell you it's too expensive to return, they give you no address to send to and say, sorry we can't refund you unless you return, but don't give you a return address. Complete SCAM! Iost $51

Please be aware this company does not accept refunds. Also, this is not a standard hoodie as it appears in the photo. They use Shutterstock images and the clothes look different in person. When I asked to return my items, which didn't fit correctly according to their sizing chart and were not what was shown in the pictures, I was given the run around. They told me they would not give a full refund unless something was wrong with the clothes. They then proceeded to tell me to regift the clothes to a friend and offered me a $5 giftcard for my $54 order. Do not buy from this company. I have never received such poor customer service.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I ORDERED A SHIRT, IT CAME WAY WAY TOO SMALL. I RETURNED IT AND THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. SO IN ESSENCE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND ALSO THE RETURN. I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. IT MAYBE WAS ONLY $50 BUT IT IS JUST THE IDEA THAT THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED.

Ive been trying to contact them sevaral times already and up until now i havent received a response from them. I ordered a xl shirt from them and was sent a small size. Im trying to exchange it but in dont know the address to where to send it back etc.

I just received a shirt I ordered a few weeks ago. Overall I am really pleased with it, the fabric has a nice feel to it and the design is bold and pretty. It's a bit larger than I had anticipated according to sizing measurements but I can still wear it just fine. It will look great with my jeans.

... although a couple back and forth emails were frustrating, I received my item and it was excellent quality!
