I Have Order Everything from this company for Xmas and I had a issue with one and they have went above and beyond for my dad and his gift that I will be ordering more. Thank yall for everything
I've ordered from them a few times and a majority of the time I have ordered from them its been very disappointing. The quality of the scrolls is bad. Most often the colours if very light and faded so your really buying a blank scroll, any kind of light hitting the scroll will cause the image to fade, with no rich colours whatsoever. Compared to official art scrolls, if you were to put an official one beside one from CWS you'd see what I mean about very little to no color being used in the image. Overall, i'd just avoid it altogether. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because their customer service is decent.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, the scrolls are very light in color, they use as little color as possible and when the light hits your scroll the image will fade almost completely.

I ordered a wall scroll and was a bit hesitant but once I got it delivered (which was pretty quick considering it was custom) it was simply amazing. The quality was extremely good, and my image came out superb. I would recommend it to anyone who wants wall art.
Compared to the illustration I had created digitally, the colors on the desk mat/playmat I ordered were extremely faded and out of touch. Here is a side by side comparison in the images. I have not ordered wall scrolls from them yet but the desk mat is faded at least for lighter colors.
