Obviously when you're ordering a crazy jersey like a NJ Devils Seinfeld themed jersey, you want to make sure it looks perfect. This jersey beyond lived up to the hype. Everything was stitched, looked perfect and was clearly top quality. Buy any and all jersey from these guys.

The shoulder striping is wrong. They have the actual jersey pictured on their website (see below) and they still got it wrong. It's supposed to fade on the back and on the front not be a big circle that goes all the way around the sleeve.

The material on my jersey was like a burlap sack with a really odd fit. Almost like different sections of the jersey are different sizes. Obviously not authentic. No response to return requests. Also, very pricey for a bootleg. I assume they conduct business in Canada so they don't get sued in the US.

They made a mistake on my jersey (forgot a shoulder patch) and when I emailed them asking if they could fix it, they said it wasn't their problem. They said I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee (which they don't mention on their website) and left me hanging. The customer service rep was also extremely rude, saying they have better things to do on a Sunday than deal with this. Overall a horrible experience and would recommend that you shop elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY THIEVES. THEY MAY SEND SOME CUSTOMERS THEIR JESEYS BUT NOT EVERYONE. BEEN TRYING TO EXCHANGE A JESEY FOR SIZE ISSUE SINCE FEB. 2022 (IT'S JULY NOW). IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS (UNLESS YOU SAY YOU WANT TO BUY A JESEY ON YOUR VOICEMAIL!)

Do not buy from this company. If you get what you ordered, which is not always, you can never reach them for an exchange (permitted within 60 days for size only) or with any questions. Most frustrating business I have ever had to deal with.

I purchased what I believed would be an authentic reproduction of a 1986 NY Mets Keith Hernandez home jersey. The pinstripes are at least twice as wide as they ought to be and therefore the look is pretty unappealing, in addition to not having the "zig-zag" look that the real jersey's had.

Never got my jersey, a reply or my money back. Finally sent him a message telling him to keep the money, it was obvious he needed it more than me.

If you put a negative review on the feedback on his website, he deletes it. I figure he's making a mint buying fake jerseys from China and reselling them as authentic. Pretty easy to do at dhgate.com. I already have gotten 4 for around $40 each.

Pure and simple, the guy's a crook. Stay away.

No customer service. No communication.

Ordered a throwback jersey on 2/19/20 and paid in full. Bank transaction record is here: 02/19 Card Purchase Customthrow *******675 Ny $219.95 Then Covid hit and I understand orders got delayed 9- 10 weeks. It is now 22 weeks later and I have still not received the jersey. Over the last two weeks I have called the number on the website, *******675 5 times and left messages, emailed at least 5 times and even messaged to their Facebook site and have yet to receive a reply as to the status of my order. I am surprised by my experience, because this site has received such high ratings and I would be happy to retract this review if things are made right. However, as of 7/13, they have had my money for 5 months and are not attempting to even contact me to give me an expected ship date. CTJ: Please either send me the correct jersey and size I ordered, send me my money back or give me an idea when the jersey might be shipped to me. You have my number and email, trust me. I've left it enough. Thank you.

STAY AWAY! Don't make the same mistake with this Joker as I did. He called me a DIP$#*! via email, amongst other things as well. This guy should be in prison.

Item still hasn't arrived. When I pointed to the fact that it was supposed to have been here by bow even with their incredibly long lead times I received rude snarky responses. Run for the hills and just make the short on your own as you could have by the time the person running the site fulfills your order.

I first reached out when i was wondering where my order was it had been over a month (which now i figured out it's because they actually get their stuff from China) and when i reached out they had an attitude about that when i received the jersey i wasn't satisfied with the placement of the numbers i emailed them asking for a refund and they didn't respond, so i went through PayPal for them to say "we're closed due to a pandemic called Covid-19 maybe you've heard of it" just rude for no reason, i find it funny because Covid was around when they took my money initially and sent me a jersey i don't like... bottom line they're rude and they're jerseys are trash, don't buy.

Giving a ONE STAR review because I cannot leave it blank. I placed an order and when I inquired about the delivery time, I received a rude response. I was willing to accept the 5-6 weeks timeframe (simply because it was an oversight on my part) but the more I thought of it, the madder I got. I then requested to cancel my order and receive a refund (mind you, it has only been five working days since I ordered and it is not due to be shipped for another five weeks). This is where the real nastiness came... totally refused and when I said I would write a review and tell my friends of my experience he replies "knock yourself out". DO NOT do business with this guy. Any company that will not allow you to cancel an order early has no business trying to run a business.

I ordered one jersey, paid and after the order went through, received a message that it would take 2 months & I could not cancel. Called multiple times and never got a call back. It's been more than 2 months and still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

** DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY **
The owner is an A$$ hole! So rude! I ordered a Hockey Jersey (that is supposed to be original) Mid November for a friend. I was advised I would receive mid-December, time for Christmas. So on the 13th of December I called their office. When I called the office line, it was 4 pm my time and 6 pm their time. I was expecting to leave a message for someone to call back. But to my surprise someone answered. I started to ask a simple question. I said I ordered a Jersey through you guys and just curious as to your thoughts on the delivery. He cut me off quickly and said, 'Do you know what time it is here?" "You have to email that request in with your order #!" I said, Sorry, I am just a little concerned on the delivery date considering Christmas is right around the corner. He aggressively said If you ordered it at the time you said, our shipping is mid-month!" I jokingly said, "Would you like me to call back in 2 days?" This even made him more mad! I asked do you think this is great customer service? I asked if I could speak to the owner (I own 3 business myself, successful ones, and I figured the owner needs to hear how this guy is treating his customers), well guess what, it was the owner. He said, "I am the owner." I literally said, "you gotta be kidding me?!" Then of all things, laughed and hung up! I tried calling back now being mad, and no answer. I did receive the Jersey the following week. *****BUT *** they are not original jerseys! Plus why is he charging U.S. funds when being based in Canada?

It is unfortunately funny that after this happened, I went online to read reviews... and guess what. I don't ever write reviews. But this clown is horrible!

*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS *** If I could give a ZERO star I would!

I reached out to ask about the correct number because the number leads to a line that is all adds and this was the response from *******@aol.com...

"I would suggest you get your head out of your $#*! and learn how to read.

My guess is you are either Blind or simply a MORON.

In any case take the jersey you purchased and Shove it up your $#*!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. When I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours owner emailed me calling me a "MORON" and that I "NEED TO GET MY HEAD OUT OF MY A$$" because I "clearly" didnt read their order policy. The most unprofessional and rude business owner I have ever come across. I suspect if their jersey's are even real based on his explanation on why I couldn't cancel my order - stay away from this guy he is no good

Tried to call about my order, they don't answer their phone and when they replied to my email they wanted to charge me $75 to cancel and cocky about it too. Did a charge back to get get my money back. Stay away from this company

Painfully slow, communication averse and reading comprehension challenged. CTJ's Tom is the rudest, most incompetent excuse for a human being. Poor Tom can't even be bothered to read his customers' emails nor can he answer basic questions. The poor quality jersey offered is over priced garbage.

I do most of my shopping online and this by far is the worst experience! After waiting 2 mths for my order, they sent me the wrong color. Took 3 emails and 4 calls to figure out the next step. I was instructed to ship the package back, they would reimburse my cost and ship correct jersey within a week. Well its been 2 weeks/3 mths, 5 email and not sure how many msg. NOTHING! No response! Contacting my C. C company tomorrow

Wrote 3 separate emails to this company and didn't receive a single response back. I wanted to return my jersey because it was not true to size. I ordered a L and it shows up looking like an XL. So I email them about getting a refund and get no response. I submit a form on their website for them to email me and receive an email saying that they do not do returns/refunds, only exchanges. And that if I want a size exchange, I have to pay an additional $70 AND wait 8 weeks for the exchange just to process. When I emailed them back with my concerns, I received a rude response back. Forever wishing I would've read these reviews before spending $180 on a jersey that I'm going to have to get tailored anyways. This company needs to put more information in their return policy, as it is choppy. As well as learn how to take negative feedback instead of sending a snarky comment to a person they just did business with. Not a good look.

Avoid this site and company like the plague. Your Jersey will never come. You will follow up and you get a email saying youll get your $#*! in 17 to 21 more days and it has been 3 months. Let's all blast this $#*!er so he goes out of business!

I wrote an email to them to complain about an issue I had and I received a very rude response. The jersey had an issue that they did not resolve and wouldn't even accept negative feedback. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered, but c'est la vie.
