The issue concerns an assignment for which l paid £57.51 GBP. It was completely wrong.

From the screenshots attached everybody can see the all the evidence: they are 12ve in total. Shamelessly the customer support recommended me to find a writer who is a native English speaker, etcetc! This is very embarrassing bcs on their website is stated: "PROFESSIONAL ESSAY WRITING SERVICES" - " GET YOUR REPORT DONE BY AN EXPERT"!

The experience was horrible: there have been so many problems in terms of lateness in delivering the assignment, WORSE: IT WAS FULL OF MISTAKES! So l had to correct them myself in order to deliver the work-the roles were switched but shamefully l paid money for this, how comes?! Absolutely you would not expect that from a professional writer - THIS IS PURE SCAM!

I spoke with support: *******@customuniversitypapers.com but they just wanted get rid off me: they told me a lots of lies, I have all evidence which l can supply.

On the 20th Nov 2020 I contacted the merchant James Mbaluka the person who got my payment. He said:" the complaint was received and is being processed. Once a decision has been made you will get a response." I emailed him again on the 05th Jan and 8 Feb 2021 - I have not received any response so far.
On their website Custom University Paper is Written " MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" - Why all these lies?
I emailed them the result as proof and the letter stating l would risk to fail the course - but they ignored me: even on the live-chat on their site when l ask them about the refund they just hung up on my face.
Because of their negligence my assignment did not pass the test and got marked negative which caused me to drop the course.
I LOST A LOT OF MONEY!

I emailed to SiteJabber a proof of my purchase.

AVOID CUSTOM UNIVERSITY PAPER: THIS SITE SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO TRIBUNAL.
Their site looks very appealing but they take advantage of this by stealing people's money.
Avoid this scam.
