Exceptional service! Website and design tool was extremely easy to use. When we ran into problems with getting the design to fit like we wanted it, a quick chat with customer service and the issue was fixed within seconds. We did a SUPER RUSH so that the shirts would arrive in time for an event this week. From placing the order to the shirts being delivered... we couldn't have been more pleased with the product, service or support we recieved.

It was great. I was just exploring, and this was the first company I checked out. Then, after quite a bit of shopping around, I kept coming back, playing around with the design, which was conveniently saved, and found this company was not only the best deal, but the best for tweaking the design until I had what I wanted. I was not disappointed when they came, and were delivered several days earlier than expected. Great experience!

A few days after my initial order, I added one extra tshirt (size XXL). A customer service rep emailed to let me know that he modified my original order to include this T-shirt at the bulk price. I so appreciated this stellar level of customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond to keep your customers happy. We just received our embroidery order from Custom Ink and we are very happy with them! I have been in contact with the company for about 2 months because we ordered 3 different samples of different shirts until we found the right fit. Communication was so simple every time! I love that their online chat actually uses a REAL person and you are able to place your order trough the chat if you do not want to call. Also if you call or chat, you can basically customize your shirts however you want! We opted for our company logo on the left chest and each employee's name on the right sleeve.

I specifically placed my order through Emily Wilburn and she was great! There was one minor mistake when she sent me the purchase link (forgot to include one shirt) and she very quickly adjusted our order before I purchased.

Once purchased I was sent an email a few days later with proofs for our approval. Between the date I purchased, date I approved the proofs, and date our order arrived at my door it took about 3 weeks, which I think is a good time for a custom embroidery order! We had a total of 51 polos in our order. We got the Nike Dry Essential Polo. I saw some reviews saying that they did not like the shirt quality, but keep in mind that the shirts are not made by Custom Ink, they are from different retailers. I recommend purchasing samples (our samples came NEXT DAY with free shipping to Ohio which was amazing).

Overall it was a great experience using Custom Ink, and I included a photo of one of the proofs (I don't have any photos of the actual shirts on my computer). Great company, easy to work with!

Good easy company to make a shirt on. Worth the price, other websites just confused me, this one was pretty easy to copy and paste and edit your design. Customer service was nice too. Very laid back and on point with their job!

I've been looking for a company to print crisp images and text for a LONG TIME! I came across Custom Ink and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! The quality of the shirt is super strong and durable. The neckline is sturdy and the seams are tightly stitched. Overall, definitely a great shirt to wear for its durability. The printing of my logo and text are super clean and sharp. Overall, absolutely PERFECT!

I have ordered from Custom Ink twice now and both experiences and products were outstanding! I needed a reprint because of my own mistake and they did it for free and quickly! Customer service never has a hold, you speak to an american who is knowledgeable anout the product, ordering process and printing process. I will always use custom ink for my jobs. Custom Ink has provided my company with quality shirts since we began our business. They do exceptional work that I can rely on. Screen printing on their shirts is bright, clear and proven to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. The customer service representatives I have talked with are very pleasant and helpful. I've tried other screen printers but from my experiences Custom Ink does the best work.

Amazing customer experience. My original design wasn't going to show up as nicely as it should have (white print on a light tee), and customer service emailed me when several options to make sure that it came out perfectly, and it did! They were very helpful, prompt, and the other ship very quickly. Would definitely purchase from custom ink again!

I have always used custom ink to make custom shirts. They are always the highest quality and very reasonably priced considering they still actually screen print. Most places nowadays do that direct digital printing and even though it is a lot cheaper it always looks terrible. This was the first time my company made a bulk order and every shirt was on point. My company and I will continue to use custom ink for all of our screen printing needs.

Custom Ink was amazing. They worked with me every step of the way. I had my own design set for baby blue Hanes tag list shirt. They sent me a proof screen printed shirt. I hated it and they helped me change my shirt color so I could get a Digital print. Let me tell you it came out why better then I could ever imagine. Shipping was not delayed after all the changes I still got it on time. Awesome job and I will definitely use Custom Ink for ally custom shirts.

I absolutely LOVE Custom Ink! I have used them for several years now for several different occasions and I am never disappointed. I coach high school volleyball - I have designed and ordered our practice shirts, game day shirts, etc through Custom Ink for the last 5 years now and I have never had an issues with anything. I love that they are always delivered on or earlier than the promised date. Overall, everything is great - the customer service, delivery time, user friendly site and so much more. The shirts were delivered exactly as ordered. Price seemed high ($30+) for a t-shirt. Cotton was thick (maybe too much). Easy ordering and design process.
