Custom Ink

I have never had a bad experience. The product always seems to meet my expectations. No complaints here.

It was great experience to get customized image face masks from Custom Ink! It was easy to order and upload our logo, the mask quality is very good and comfortable, delivery was on time with tracking along the way, and it is always good to have followup with customers as they do. I highly recommend Custom Ink.

It took longer to get them than I anticipated. The quality was top notch, and worth the wait.

I've loved all of the glassware I've ordered from you guys--the only issues we've had is with the 22k gold printing on glassware, the bugs keep not getting worked out of that printing process, which is such a huge bummer because the first round of printing with the gold was successful, the product was SUPER popular, and I wanted to continue ordering products with it, but each subsequent round of printing had major mess ups and I had to return every batch.

I've found that Custom Ink is more expensive then other online print places. That being said they have a bigger variation of products, customer service is great and the website including the layout tool Is easy to navigate and use. They also keep you in the loop at every step through the printing process. I will continue to use Custom Ink for my printing needs indefinitely.

Excellent customer service. The only issue I had as a first time customer was the site not explaining re order process. Where you would normally have a cart to save your items, you have to contact customer service to review your item & place the order. I didn't find the site to be user friendly at first but now I know what to do. I will definitely order again as I am very happy with my purchase.

The only reason I would shop elsewhere is the fact that you charge Washington State sales tax, while some of your competitors do not.

Love the shirts! They are great! Fit is maybe a little slimmer than I would have expected, but otherwise we are very happy with how they turned out.

I was easily able to design a good shirt for a relative of mine as a birthday gift. However, I did not enjoy paying $23 for just one shirt. Although it was well worth the money I spent, I would've preferred to spend a bit less since I was only designing and ordering one shirt. If I was ordering in bulk for a group, okay, but this was one shirt and I spent over $20 dollars on it. I can see why the price is so, but I did not enjoy paying it.

We've been very pleased with our Custom Ink experiences so far. The products and printing are great!

I loved working with the web site! It allowed me to go back and forth and toggle between design ideas.

Remember that custom work requires preparation: yours, the recipient's. And the crew at Custom Ink. It helps if the participant designated to judge the final outcome of the product knows what constitutes a successful effort so as to avoid an iterative process. The people at Custom Ink are expert in how textiles, design and technical production combine. Respect that knowledge. Know what will serve your purpose. Enjoy something unique.

Based off of this experience. I was able to come up with some other ideas I may have done in future.

Great shirts with good quality. The design lab was easy to use. The only slighty negative thing I would have to say is about the packagaing. It might just be me, but when the shirts come all folded together with one size, it does kinda make it harder to pass out and assign shirts. I think it would be easier to fold the shirts individualy, but I also understand that these are mass produced and the machines likely fold them all together.

I had a GREAT experience overall. I loved the website and being able to do everything I wanted without pressure. It was on my terms. Also, the customer service once ordered was very professional as well. Plus, my order came in early, which was exciting. The screenprinting was awesome, and looks really nice. Thank you CustomInk!

We were pleased with the product and the customer service. The price for one shirt was crazy high, but hoping it will be more affordable for a group order. Their design website is very easy to use.

My overall experience with Custom Ink was terrific. Their custom service team was always patient and polite answering all of my questions with kindness, care, and competence. The final product came out beautifully with precision printing on a quality garment. Items were delivered ahead of schedule in a Custom Ink box with packaging that looked professional and well designed. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to create a product for a fundraiser or to have artwork printed for other purposes.

1st order from Custom Ink was "Right On". Tried to order from "Someone" else where I'd ordered the same product before. Website didn't work and no one would answer the phone (maybe due to covid-19 issues?). Felt sorry for them, but I had to order new shirts so went with Custom Ink. Very Happy with the product, it's better than the last, cost a little more, but definitely a better product.

Overall my experience with Custom Inks was great, did wish that you had more options in terms of the color of the shirt when ordering less than 6 shirts. Nothing crazy but like the standard color option would be nice, also would be nice if you could put a design a little higher on the back side of the shirt. The highest it let me put a logo was in the middle of the back and that would just look strange. Ultimately though positive experience and would recommend

Very easy to choose a design and order. They're frequent updates and encouragement for any questions or issues is wonderful!
