I found this site a few days ago while I was trying to get a customer service number. I have spent hours on the phone with bad customer service reps from all over. This site is cool. I was shocked to see some if the scores that come up on companies that I though would have a better customer service rating. I searched here for about an hour the first time I reviewed the site. My first search was on some insurance companies. There is a list of companies that go on forever. Since there is so much online shopping this may be a site to check the companies out before placing an order. I think this will help me to decide a little better on who may give me hard time if I need to return something. I found this to be rather fun just to see who really measures up on good customer service. http://www.customerservicescoreboard.com
They suck because they rate everybody is bad. I feel sorry for the idiot that gives this site a 5 star cause he really must be dumb
