I call the toll free no. *******7536 on 16.01.2021 about my Microwave repair issue. The telecallers arrange the service on next day i. E sunday. The very next day the person named Amarpreet singh from Dashmesh traders comes on Sunday to repair my Microwave through this company. He tells us the panel should be changed and it costs 3100 including his visit charges. We agree and paid him. Next day he visits our house and repaired it. But the same problem still persists after his repair on the very next day. I called him from Tuesday onwards, he kept saying i will come but already three week have passed, he does not visit to repair our microwave till yet and he still keeps false promises to us. Even after repeated calling to these telecallers, they kept saying we will arrange revisit but none visited our home till yet. The service the company is providing very devastating and a totally fraud company. Only one line never avail the services of these type of companies. They are only made to harass customers. A lot of promising words are showing in the site but they are just meaningless words. Pathetic company, very incooperative employees and devastating services.
