pretty cool designs. i feel like it would be cooler if people could apply a custom design or picture for more personalized designs.

I ordered an Xbox controller in March of 2017 and still use it today. It seems to be a very high quality controller and I love the design. The right bumper feels a little worn out but nothing more than to be expected from any other controller used this long. I use this controller on my PC as well and I have had some issues with the charging cable staying connected. I will be buying from this site again in the future.

Expect longer shipping time as mine took close to 3 weeks. Overall the wait is worth it.

easy and convenient !!! It took a while but it finally came ! exactly 2 weeks after Christmas . They refunded my express shipping of $24.95 which was thankful . My son is enjoying it as we speak like a belated present :) I would order again just much more in advance ! DH

So far easy to order on line and build .just received my sons custom controller. very good customer service and they let me know what was happening with progress and arrival info . Not opening until Christmas morning but I'm sure it will work perfectly

CYBER25 code wouldn't work, which was disappointing because I paid $20 for faster processing and then $6 for faster shipping...hope it gets here before Christmas. I tried to call three times, but no one answered. Otherwise, the site was very easy to maneuver. Better prices and selection than the other numerous sites I visited. Had to do a little searching in the FAQs, but finally figured out that all of these controllers are wireless, which is great.

Shopping was easy and straight forward. Only concern is lack of reasonable warranty. Would have thought 12 months was a standard minimum on this sort of purchase.

My ordering experience was great! My only issues came from the GUI of the customization screen, I found it was slightly buggy and an option for a "palette" would've assisted me greatly. Overall, satisfied! (p.s. did i miss the gold color shell option?)

Aesthetic of the site is a little weird, but I like that it all actually works! No problems with my order, everything was quick, easy and painless!

The site is quick and easy to use. I think there should be a mobile version added eventually, but other than that, it's all good. I've seen reviews that say the shipping is slow or something, but I got mine quick and easy. Though the bumpers I ordered were the wrong color, This controller is amazing.

Easy. Only hard as going blind with payment. Not letting me see full page. Also not giving in aussie dollar/exchange rate.

I didn't like that when I picked Paypal it went to my Paypal account first and then came back to the shipping. This is the ONLY site I know that does this. Makes me feel like I will be billed 2x. I will be checking.

billing ended up OK just a weird system. Wasn't given a true shipping date so came after Christmas which was a bummer for an 18yo sitting around not opening presents. lol.

Show list of options included in pre designed controllers, and of those options which are still customize able, Like for a example I am ordering product code MOOXB1 but I was thinking of changing the color of the triggers, LEDs and bumpers but I did not want to lose the rest of the design, or see if I could add my gamer tag on the right handle and keep the other gamer tag on the left handle

I love the customer serves. Quick and easy to make your own controller. But sad with limited stuff to add into it. Overall. It was great.

real quick and easy to design a custom controller. Not as many options as I had been told, but still came up with an interesting design that i will use for many years to come.

P.S. I am Wildcat told me about this place. Nice idea getting behind gamers on youtube to advertise your products.

confusing...looked like needed to sign up to receive email newletter to place order. Lost all my registration info. ALmost said forget it too much hassle. DOnt do that!

Postage costs were not very clear. Given an option of envelope but not sure if it would be safe so had to opt for more expensive box option. postage costs seem excesive

my experience was clear and easy for me as a shopper to understand what I am ordering and navigating through the website was also an easy task.

I made a custom xbox one controller and ordered it with 2-3 day shipping. It takes about 2 weeks to process. I received the controller within 3 days after it shipped. So far I love it. The only issue I've noticed is the vibration is relatively loud. This isn't an issue for me at all but for someone else it may be.

Took me a minute to figure out I had to press the Bill & Shipping address button to move to the next checkout step.

Loved the product, quick delivery, we just had a slight problem processing order initially as it wouldn't allow me to pay by Paypal. I deleted the order and started again and it allowed me to access Paypal second time.

This site is amazing I enjoyed designing my own controller and I'm a fan of I Am Wild Cat( YouTuber)
