Switchback Grille

I ordered 4 rolls of Transformer wall border from this site. They promised prompt shipping and great service. Well they were prompt! They were promt about taking my money and not giving product in return. I was sent a thank you email for my purchase with a USPS tracking number. Well, guess what? The tracking number was bogus! I emailed them four times and received NO ANSWER. I finally decided to look up this website and found that they have a history of doing this to customers. I emailed them and let them know that my bank and attorney would be contacting them for either a refund or product. After this email I received a response! Surprising! They said that they would track the "MISSING" package. Well that was three days ago and I have heard nothing. My four year old son has a room that isn't finished and he can't understand why the store won't send him his stuff to finish his room. I am out $60.00 and no product. Please don't order from this website they are thieves and liers!
