Customer support was very helpful and response via email was quick but shipping was a bit slow though.
Ordering process and followup was good. Shirts were in good condition. One did not arrive. Sizes were inconsistent.
What I received is nothing like the picture. Color is the same but thats about it. Very disappointing.
I waited a long time for the sweater to arrive. I was getting ready to check with the seller as to why it was taking so long.
Easy to browser. Clear size chart. Easy payment. And good customer support when my my parcel was late.
Difficult to return- many objections to overcome from company before I could return them. AND I have to pay to return them.

The quality is so low. Items looked nothing like the picture and was not the fabric described. Beware
Refuse to let me send items back. Told me to keep and would credit my bank card $20. Still waiting on credit.
Took a while to get my order and the clothes are on the small size. So, order at least two size bigger.
Hope the items purchased meet the quality established by the ease with which I shopped for them.
