For a company that charges a lot for their product the customer service is awful. I tried their subscription service and was given a substitute product I didn't like and they just gave an excuse and said that the next shipment would have the right product if I decided to keep my subscription. I felt like it didn't really matter to them if I kept my subscription or not. So I have cancelled it.
