“Such a negligent service”

Isadora C.

Terrible customer service! I've been trying to contact them over and over regarding my subscription, doing my best to be kind but they just leave me hanging. I heard back once, when they wrote I would be transfer to the financial department but then I was ghost. I tried contact again and was completely ignored! They dont care it all, as soon as they took your money is not on their interest to provide you good services. I wanted a refund because I made a mistake regarding the trial period (I should've cancelled on Sunday but thought it was Monday) and contact them right away, which is been useless. So dont sign up for the trial subscription or their services, as is not worthy and you are completely by yourself if facing some issue.

I've been comparing linear algebra courses being offered by the various MOOC websites and universities out there. Curious.com has been sponsoring a bunch of NPR ads, so I thought I'd look at what they have on offer for linear algebra.

So it turns out that Curious.com is kind of like YouTube, but you have to pay for it. Ie, you have to pay a subscription to access completely awful, unprofessional, unintelligible, boring, and useless videos where someone, who knows their credentials, in heavily accented english, write unintelligible equations on a computer white-board.
