Cannot recommend this company enough, first class service from start to finish. Ordered my first Christmas gift (yes I know it's only just May but I have to spread the cost across the year) on Thursday afternoon and even with the Bank Holiday it arrived, perfectly packaged, this morning. This past year has been difficult on everybody, and has made me more determined to support small businesses where possible. I'm sure this won't be my only order with Curios Gifts.

I ordered a charm which didn't arrive, after emailing I was asked if I wanted my money back or another charm sending, so I asked for the charm as it was for a birthday present, over a week later and another email still nothing, the tracking number wasn't valid then he didn't reply back, so I emailed back saying I wanted a refund or would go to trading standards, I then got a refund but still no email. I was made to feel like a criminal and this all took nearly 8 weeks. Never going to buy from him again!
