Mario; was very helpful answered all our questions and was very kind in his telephone interview during some very ugly times.
The overall process and setup was very easy and in the beginning Zac was very helpful with informing me with all of the information that I would need so that when I was ready I had everything. It made my part a breeze.
The services offered, and the way I was handled, from my initial contact, to my submission of my paperwork has been very professional and courteous.
Zac F., my counselor, was very professional and patient with me throughout this whole process. He put my mind at ease even though I am going through a very stressful time right now and that is much appreciated. He did not pressure me and I felt like he actually cared about my situation and not just the financial aspect of making the sale. That's refreshing these days. Overall, at this point in the process, I have been extremely pleased.

Zak did a good job communicating what I needed to do and helped me with the prep work. He always called back if I couldn't immediately reach him. In my view, communication is very important and a key to success in any business, and Zak seems to understand that and uphold this principle.
I was happy to have David helping me, he was able to take a scary subject, for me, and turn it into something that made me happy and gave me great relief. He was professional and even though I didn't have huge debt he was able to help me. I am glad I made the initial call and even happier to have such a professional, knowledgeable and friendly person call me back to sign me up. Great job David!
