I recently ordered some extra parts for my Cuisinart food processor/blender. I wrote a review back in 2012 & noticed MINE was the ONLY 5 star review - this never happens! It would even make me feel suspicious seeing only one good review & reluctant to use their website. I once again had great, no problem service (Jan 2015) & received the parts for my machine very quickly - shipped to Los Angeles, Calif. I ordered online at their website.
After you make your order the email says that your order within 5-7 business days from the time of order. This is a lie when you call them by phone they tell you that it will ship in 7 to 10 business days. What crappy company.
Hi - I know there have been a lot of complaints and problems with receiving items purchased by Cuisinart webstore, as was I!
Good news: I called their contact phone number (*******604) and spoke with Denise. She apologized, looked up my order number -- explained they had a company wide computer problem that was now fixed -- AND that she would call and make sure my items would be shipped the next day. JUST received the tracking number. I was very pleased. So if you are a customer that has been WAITING for your purchases -- call their 800 number. Denise was honest and competent.
I only gave the website a 3 because of the past, previous problems -- VERY HAPPY with my recent interaction with Denise

After reviewing all the negative reviews, it was only fair to write one, since i received my product. Ordered a knob for the grille around july 4th. Received july 21.
Gave my request a full 7 business days. Then started the calls... on Monday... it was in que to be filled and sent out on wed. Called thur products have been back ordered... Just got in warehouse will go out friday. Called monday... and got the its in que. And finally said thats what i was told last week. The order did go out after the 3rd call.
Fyi. I had contacted paypal to stop payment. Paypal said the money has not been withdrawn. They have 30 days to withdraw and if not taken, the credit automatically goes back to you.

Oh... the knob... well... lets say... it aint working yet. The hole isnt large enough... i guess i will have to get the dremul tool out.
