Not honest. Not reliable. Pretend to be helpful, avoid this people. They did nothing regarding my scam recovery and just kept on pushing me around for 8 weeks. I stopped receiving messages from them 3 days ago.

Before you use this firm, read the below reviews. Wish I had. Absolute waste of time and effort. Friend warned me against them, as had heard of them previously..

Unfortunately I lost a huge amount of money (all my savings), due to a investment scam...
I turned to CRA but unfortunately they was unable to return a penny back...😒

It's bad being scammed once but for the recovery agency to charge at least a quarter of what is lost is the second biggest scam. Fees are too exorbitant!

Their terms are that we must keep in touch otherwise the full fee will be payable. But they are very poor at receiving information and communicating themselves. This was off putting to the extent I terminated the agreement with them.

So far all seems to be working well. I submitted a claim online and I got a message back the following morning. The person I spoke to, Alan Faulkner, has been really helpful in explaining the process and he was patient and showed empathy throughout the call. I gave it 2 stars as I just started working with Crypto alliance. I am not too confident this might be a 5* company but I'm hopeful that my scam claim will be successful so until then, and if the case doesn't work out, I'm writing a 1 star review immediately.

They were great, easy to talk to and pushed my case to get a result as soon as possible. Especially Demi, who I had most contact with. I was scammed out of approx' £*******. The bank offered to pay back 50%, which I accepted; unfortunately the people at Crypto alliance who first dealt with my case missed a payment of £5000 when he first submitted my claim so I only got 50% of approx' £*******. That was so unfortunate after all their hard work but that clerical error effectively cost me £2500.

Dear Reader

Please STAY AWAY front this company, they are not professional at all. When a new claim is passed the customer service agent are not well trained to handle case and deal with case, then they ghost you.

After going through all the details this morning I was told the claim is something they will take on then I get a message to say their not taking on the claim because it's less than 12 months old. You're meant to be professionals for claims no matter how long it's been especially after being told you're taking it on. Ridiculous very un professional.

I can not give a positive review due to recovery alliance taking on my case and saying that I have a good case only to let me know a week later that they will no longer help me.
I'm absolutely devastated as the matter has really affected my mental health.

Terrible communication. Often unable to contact. Many mistakes made and constant emails telling me my charges even though its a no win no fee claim..

Waste of time. I proved beyond doubt that my case was neglected by the council and they weren't interested.
They didn't want to take the case on.
