First off, CrunchyRoll has SO MANY anime options, ranging from super popular to hardly known. With the hundreds maybe even thousands of anime options, you will never get bored of it. Secondly, people always complain about the plethora of Ads, but that is only in the free version. CrunchyRoll has lots of good premium options with the lowest, and still best being only $7.99 a month! Plus every option has a free 2 week trial to see if you will like it. Additionaly, the quality is quite amazing, and is prioritized. But most of all, the site has over 12 different dubbed languages for some shows, and also hidden, new episodes or season that you wouldn't find on other streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, ect. To top it all off, new episodes on shows are uploaded only 1 hour from the release date in Japan. In conclusion if you are looking for a cheap, fun way to watch all your favorite anime's, CruchyRoll is a great option.
I have been trying to return two products I purchased from them for almost 2 months now, I ordered them as a gift, and they were late, but more importantly the recipient wanted something else so I initiated a return in December. I have tried contacting support multiple times by email and have received no response. I reached out via chat and was told it must be escalated and can only be done through email.
This is a overall good site it has some good animes for free it also gets animes earlier than most anime streaming website. But the downside is that Alot of the good animes and dubs (Chainsaw Man) are premiumed. But other than that its pretty good.
Tip for consumers:

Crunchyroll is a great app since you can watch almost every single anime in the world, but the only problem is the adds. Sometimes you get 6 adds at the same time, its annoying but you get use to it after a while. If you really don't want adds you should get premium. Another thing is I wanted to watch the last episode of MHA but I couldn't because you had to have premium to watch it, and that kind of annoyed me.
It is an excellent website for anime lovers but i only wish they had more English dubbed anime versions of the anime that i like. Never had any problems, it's a high quality service that's worth every penny.
I am using the free services regularly. Satisfied with it so far. Maybe loading could be a bit faster, but in general it is not like I am paying for anything?
Tip for consumers:
Do not expect new episodes of the new shows to be aired for free on the very next day.

I have watched over 30 different anime on this website
The site is pretty okay, it has everything I need from an anime streaming service, sometimes it lags but it could also be my connection I'm not really sure.
If you don't mind paying for a subscription to watch all the anime you want without any ads or worries of downloading episodes in advance to have something to watch while eating dinner then it is just the site for you. Not all the animes have dubs but that is a minor issue for me.
I personally haven't had too many issues. The only issues I've had are simple, video taking forever to do it's initial buffer but then it's fine. General slowness of site during heavy use times but nothing that can be easily fixed. Remember, this isn't a Netflix or Youtube so you can't be expecting the same level of service quality.
About this double charging issue that some people are yamering on about,
I would like to point out that most of the time it's caused by user error or latency problems between client and server and are not in fact intentional.
(The 4 stars are solely for the customer service aspect because I did not use the site/app very much at all): My friend told me about this site so I downloaded the app and registered. I ended up not using it except a quick browse and watched one episode. Two months later and I check my card and there's no money on it when I was sure there was SOMETHING on there. Checked my statement and saw I had been charged a fee both months... I was SURE I didn't get premium and didn't even remember putting in my credit card info. Furious, I tried calling but they don't have any customer service over the phone. I emailed them, explained, and within a couple hours I got an email with an apology, a cancellation and a refund (3-5 business days away). I really appreciated a quick, apologetic response and them fixing the mistake. It really made me respect them. Not sure about all the people saying they can't cancel it or got no response... From my experience I would say they just aren't trying very hard. It only took an e-mail and an hour or two for a response and for them to fix the problem. Sneaky charging but EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you again, Yuto from CrunchyRoll.
Update: I received my refund the next morning. This is some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Again, I'm not sure why many other people are "not able to reach anyone" or "not able to cancel their account." My situation was resolved completely within 24 hours. That's unheard of.
