So when I went to run a next gen game in my pc I needed 16 GB more ram. I went to the site it scanned my pc. It informed me I could install two 8gb of ram. It also informed me of the type my pc was compatible with. Very reasonable priced, very easy to order and pay. The delivery did take about 2 and half weeks to Ireland do keep that in mind. I installed the ram booted up my pc and now I've 32gb ram as opped to 16gb. I can now run next gen games with 10 GB ram to spare. I'll purchase here again for hardware
Crucial enticed me by the good selection in the online store. I found exactly what no one else had in stock. Website states orders will be shipped/updated within 7 days. Nothing was reported to me for 3 weeks (PROBLEM 1). I called customer support, which is a call center in India (PROBLEM 2). The technician promptly looked up my order, then requested to put me on hold to find the status (PROBLEM 3). This is when I opened this independent review blog and noticed their track record at horrible customer service. What was happening to me is exactly what the first 3 reviews warned one of. I immediately called back customer service and cancelled my order. We will see if they can do that timely so I dont have to get VISA involved.
Ok, this site is not that bad. What I do not like about it is the very slow delivery time. Then again you sometomes deliver fake things. I bought a 32gb ram and it was working fine for the first few days then later it was no longer functioning. You have to change your tactics crucial. That was really annoying. I did not even get a refund.
I had a very good exerience purchasing from here. They may not be the best but they certanly have something to offer. What I ordered was perocessed in time and delivered on time. It is good to be oatient. Delays are inevitable sometimes. What I ordered is what I got and it works fine. A good store to purchase what you need.

Very good company for buying ram and other computer accessories and computer peripherals and especially SSD's
For older computers. The Crucial MX500 offers great performance for a SATA SSD and a five-year warranty. It's still a great choice to replace a spinning hard drive in a four- or five-year-old computer.

Crucial is a company that sells ram, they have a good reputation for their RAM and the prices are competitive, perhaps a little on the high side.
Why I use their site is they have a small utility called "system scanner" it is a useful tool if you are thinking about upgrading your computer. You agree to the terms download it and then it scans your machine without you having to open it up physically and reports back what upgrades are available, adding RAM and SSD hard drives is the best and cheapest way to make your computer much faster.

They of course want you to buy the upgrades from them as that is the purpose, however you are under no obligation to.
I work in IT, I use the tool and then once I have the information I shop around for the best price. The system scanner is why I give them 4 stars I seldom buy from them but I get the information I need very quickly so that is why I recommend their site.
