Good experience. Website seemed slow. Not sure if it was my computer or the site. Other than that, good experience, excellent pricing & shipping.

I just needed a plate for a plaque. It was easy and affordable to order what I needed. Delivery time was very good and the plate was just as I ordered.

Shopping experience was good. The only road block I had was when I wanted same award but just change background it was showing it still in my cart. This probably doesn't make sense to you.

I'll let you know when I see what they look like. If they look too fake or if they look really enough to be on display

I liked the website, it was really easy to use and there were a lot of options. But I didn't receive the blank plates that were suppose to be included with the perpetual plaque I ordered.

The products are really nice... just very expensive. Great selection of products to choose from for any affair.

The online shopping experience was very easy. The product arrived earlier than expected. It is nice. My only complaint is the material. I thought it would be a marble-type stone (not marble, of course, considering the low price), but it turned out to be wood painted as marble. That was disappointing; way lighter than expected, but still nice looking.

My shopping experience was fine but I feel that lettering should be free or more letters should be given free especially when you are spending more than $200 with the company.

Fairly easy to order but hard to always find what you're looking for and dislike how cart empties if you don't save or order fast enough.

I have used Crown for my runs for 10+ years and they never disappoint. Weird packaging this year though. Each medal was packaged in a protective plastic bag. I thought how wonderful. A great way to protect each medal…until I realized that each bag was pierced by the medal ribbon. So you have to ruin the bag to put the sticker label on the back! What a nightmare. Nice in theory but poor in execution. Otherwise, I love Crown. They are fast, high quality and quick!

Experience was great except for one of the trophies has a chip in it.

the preview of the plaque looks like the font is too big. I am hoping that the final result will look better than the preview.

For the most part the trophies ordered are attractive and sturdy. However, on one of the trophies the name plate is discolored around the edges and is not very appealing.

The awards were great as they always have been when I've placed orders. What baffled me was that although my order was virtually the same as last year's, the shipping costs went from $29.99 to $94.99. I understand that pricing for everything has gone up due to the economy, but triple the cost?

Your chat people Christina & Danielle were very helpful but said I would get a call back Fri and never did.

Shopping was ok but it indicates free shipping but when you checkout you have to select what kind of shipping and then there is a charge.

Decent little give aways. Wish they were a little taller is all

Free shipping on orders of $100+ is misleading. My order number: ******* did not qualify even though the 2 trophy total was $ 121.44.

Confusing - items kept coming up as out of stock then would allow me to personalized them and they would be available to ship per the person I chatted with... hope they get here!

We received our Trophies and mostly everything was perfect! It just happened that in the packaging something was a little loose and we ordered over 20 of them and so my husband tightened up something and then we had very nice looking Trophies, were very happy with everying Overall! We had purchased some medals last year, those were very nice too, but the quality overall is very impressive, so my daughter placed her order after we received ours, she was also very happy with hers!

I feel that shipping should have been free.

I gave it 4 star just because the trophies "2023" design is not sealed or engraved, its a paper insert. Some of the trophies the "2023" paper was off and had to use hot glue to avoid it moving out of place.
