I had to do 6 different awards and I appreciated being able to visually see how the award would be printed prior to purchasing. The interactive software allowed for very accurate representation of what I thought I was buying, and what I received. Helpful customer service to answer quick question during the on-line buying process. Easy site to maneuver. Thankful our company logo artwork was still on file with Crown so it could be used for this project. It was simple, straightforward, and products arrived quickly.
I didn't like the constant interruptions while I was shopping - it was very distracting and became quite annoying - almost enough so, to have me shop another website . But your service after the order is what kept me, you should reconsider those intrusions.
You sent me an email reminder that it was time to re-order. That was awesome. :)

The site says FREE shipping, ground UPS, which I selected yet the site charged me. My order was over $100-We had to pay $10.99 for ground shipping
I was sent an email offering free shipping. I used the link in the email (no code was provided) but was still charged for shipping. Disappointing.
I had issues with the website, I had to select the category, sort by price and then enter in all my info. It gave a "quick option" but it wouldn't let me select Pinewood Derby. It was time consuming. I also had to forgo the pins I wanted to order. The "free shipping" should also include pins. You guys lost out on $90 due to the shipping cost. I'll go elsewhere for those.
Help person closed my inquiry prior to resolution. I also find engraving plates somewhat difficult to locate.
When asking for Participant Ribbons -- each time I received trophies. Had success finally typing RIBBONS. Seemed annoying!
I found what I wanted but the site kept changing my order item which was frustrating. The chat was annoying. First of all the individual was very impatient. A question would get posed and while I was still typing the answer i would get more "hello" , "are you still there". Also they were not able to help me.
I think customers would like an easy way to preview their specific engraving on the purchased item before placing order
I was happy with the shipping time. Not so much of the quality of the product. After I placed my order, I contacted customer service to ask about format of the etching. They assured me that the names I had requested would be formatted to fit (make larger) the available space. The order site also made it seem that the image selected was larger as well but it was quite small compared to what was advertised.
Good layout for ordering engraving, however the pricing seems to have significantly increased since last year.
I found what I wanted but beware of free shipping claim. I ordered trophies and medals and my order was well over $100 but because medals don't count toward the total, I still had to pay almost $30 in shipping
Customer service was not helpful. Needed to submit order with incorrect engraving and request changes on submitted artwork for approval
out of 2019 gold and silver rings. I would think most people are not buying those until the year is over?

Difficult to view all the options initially. There are hidden costs not apparent early on. Understand marketing but it can be misleading.

I ordered one trophy and needed it delivered the following day. I paid for UPS overnight and received my product on time. The trophy was not as pictured but, the engraving was perfect and the trophy will serve its purpose. I am disappointed in the look of it.
Good but it wouldn't let me log into my account with my email saying that i never logged with that account even though I have bc I get coupons coming to my email from here all the time.
It should be easier to just keep placing the same order month after month. It never really works right and you have to play around with it.
When setting up my account the ad was miss leading offered 40 per cent off for first time shoppers an that is not what it did I did not receive the percent offer also said free shipping had to pay for shipping
Going back to keep ordering the same item with a different engraving was difficult because I would try to find the same item again was very time consuming.
I can't get the backplates to fit the same wording they had last year and I couldn't order the amount of silver and bronze medals I would have liked.
Just disappointed that no coupon codes were provided and the shipping cost me $40 on top of the over $400 spent. Hopefully the product is worth it!

Would have rated higher, except when trying to select shipping options, the FEDEX option, that was initially there (and cheaper), disappeared. Not happy.
Not sure what the extra Canadian shipping surcharge is for on top of already having to pay a lot for shipping. Unable to find an explanation for this charge anywhere on the site.
