Customer Friendly operating system to place orders. I was emailed with a follow up the day after I placed the Items in our cart. Confirmation phone call to make sure everything was correct. We ordered on Saturday night and received them Thursday! We will definitely use Crown Awards with future orders. I have already shared my experience with the other Team mom's in our association!

Basically cardboard with printing on it. The printing does not cover the entire plate. Not usable.

One of the trophy's stem is loose, and the figure and inserts are separated when I opened the box. Other than that, shipping and price are good.
