“Best place to grow strong physically and mentally!”

Robert J.
5/2/17

This gym is by far one of the best. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable with numerous years of experience. Not only do they know what they are teaching, they also do it themselves too! Owners Tosha and Brandon are always welcoming and tentative to help and encourage every person that walks into the building. Brandon is amazing at getting people out of their shell and showing them their full potential. The coaches won't people give up and are always motivating you to do better. This gym is extremely safe and the coaches make sure people are training at their full capacity and in the most safest way. I recommend everyone to visit this gym and sign up to train with the best!

“Absolutely horrible coaching and environment”

Joey L.
10/21/14

Absolutely horrible coaching and environment. They obviously have no formal training and regard for safety. The coach there named Brandon was rude and just outright mean. I went for the foundation classes which were unsatisfactory then was immediately thrown into a massive workout which I felt like puking and Brandon couldn't care less. The owner, Tosha, is just the worse. She gets extreamly jealous and rude. There was a younger kid by the name of Colin who Brandon was formulating to be some kind of super crossfit athlete. It's unethical and wrong and I was contiplating calling the police for child abuse. The poor kid only looked 130 pounds and was hang cleaning twice that which made me feel like horrible because he was doing it in the front of the gym where everyone could see while I struggled with only a 45 pound plate on each side of my bar. If that sounds safe in the crossfit community then I want no part if it. This experience was last spring, but I just got the information about this site today and this gym immediately came to mind
