“Simply can't recommend having them do bodywork”

Matt M.

I hit a deer with my car and my insurance recommended them. First time around it took them over two weeks to complete the work and they left both boost lines loose so they blew off and my mum was driving so it scared her. While tightening the boost lines I noticed 3 fasteners were not replaced on the front valance. Having a closer look I noticed they didn't clean the deer schmoo from behind the headlights and painted over a weld that was never ground down. They had also broken a window seal and needed me to come back when it came in for them to install it. I called and explained all this and they said to bring it back and they would fix it. No apology or any customer service to speak of. I asked why it wasn't done right and got nothing but mumbling. I returned the car and they said that they would fix it a quick as possible. 2 weeks later again it was done but the window part hadn't come in. I asked if they put all the fasteners in and didn't have the intern do the prep work and they said it was right this time. Again no explanation as to why it was screwed up the first time. I checked every single thing in the parking lot while the manager watched. It was correct this time. 2 weeks later I had to go back to get the window part installed. All told I wasted many hours of MY time doing THEIR jobs and they said nothing. I can guarantee they will never get my business again. I hope you don't waste your time dealing with them. There are shops that are good and pleasant to deal with out there and these guys are not one of them. Edit: I missed the loose fog lamp bulb they didn't reinstall correctly when I looked it over. I swapped them for amber LED's and found they hadn't fully seated the drivers side bulb when they put them back in. Wow.

Tip for consumers:
Ask for references. Take a good hard look at your car when it's done and go over EVERYTHING that was done. Make sure that every single nut and bolt was tightened because your life may depend on it.
