Don't Waste Your Money or Time!

If only I could give them less than 1 Star. This has been a horrible experience from the very beginning. I ordered a stationary bike from this company on May 22nd and paid for expedited shipping. After a week of not hearing from them after being notified that it had been shipped, I attempted to look at the tracking info they sent me. The website did not ever fully load and the parts that I could see were only in Chinese. I contacted customer service inquiring about the whereabouts of my purchase. I was notified that I needed to be patient as there was a 2 part journey for the bike. Another week past and still faced the same problem. When it finally arrived in the US on June 15th I was relieved, only to find the next week that it had been sent BACK to California (which is on the opposite side of the country from me) due to the company entering in my address incorrectly. I attempted to fix the problem myself with UPS' help but was unable to and had to wait for the company to resend a correct shipping label. On July 9th at 8:50 pm we finally received our package. Only to find that the box had been severely damaged. Somewhere along the way someone attempted to wrap parts of the box with clear packing tape to prevent pieces from falling out, which we saw didn't work as a piece was sticking out. When we put it together we found that we were missing 2 pieces to attach the bike seat. I immediately contacted the company's customer service department demanding for a refund providing pictures of the state that the bike arrived in. Throughout this process I have asked for a refund at least 8 times. It says on their website that they provide refunds if the purchase is damaged or missing pieces. This is a lie. The company attempted to guilt me into not calling my credit card company to stop the payment, after refusing to give me my refund, due to barely making profit margins because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic had no effect on the horrendous customer service I've received and the even more horrendous experience with shipping and lack of protection for the bike to prevent hardware from falling out. They tried to haggle with me saying they would send me a $50 rebate and the missing pieces but that SURELY I would understand that they're struggling. This company is a joke. Save your time and money.
