My only complaint: I was informed that an exacto knife was sent with every order. I figured at the very least it would be a cheap 1 time use exacto. I got a cheap flimsy break away box cutter which made it difficult to even cut a straight line.

Your website displayed two-across checkerboard tape but I received three-across. I reached out to customer service and learned that you don't even carry two-across tape. The image provided was misleading and caused me to hunt further for what we needed and wait longer to receive the right product (from another company.) Your customer service was prompt, though. I was immediately provided the necessary information so that I could get your product back sent back to you the same day. Y'all might want to update the images on your website for this product. ;)
