I want to report a careless job regarding the formatting and publishing of my book, done by one of Creative Book Writers company project managers and his team. His name is Adam Russell.
The work Adam Russell has done together with his team reflects the lack of knowledge in formatting and publishing a book. On top of these he required from me money for ISBN numbers for my book.
He started at $600 and ended up at $200. I refused but he said if I would not give him at least $200 he will not publish the book no matter what. I told him that I want the book published only by KDP Amazon and I do not need to have my book published with another publishing platforms. I did remained him that KDP Amazon offers free ISBN numbers but Adam Russell laughed of me and forced my hand practically speaking, steeling $200 by lying to me.
Prior him, along the time, Creative Book Writers assigned other three project managers, Adeline, Serra and Chad, all of them practically speaking incompetents in book formatting and publishing business.
It took a very long time to have my book finally published because all of those project managers have meanwhile quitted Creative Book Writers. Unfortunately all of them did not care to inform me about quitting and Creative Book Writers company did not care also. I had to call the Creative Book Writers company to report the careless job regarding the formatting and publishing of my book, done by their project managers. One time when I asked who is the upper managers of the company they immediately stop communicating with me.
As far as I know Creative Book Writers disappointed me by assigning incompetent and careless project managers, worst being Adam Russell.
The book finally got published on 09/20/2022 but unfortunately with a low quality format and presentation. The web page in KDP for advertising the book is very poor, practically careless done, under the management of last project manager Adam Russell of Creative Book Writers.
As a final, I strongly requested from Creative Book Writers a refund of at least $200, money stolen from me by the last project manager Adam Russell.
I told Creative Book Writers in case they refuse to give the refund of $200, I am going to ask for help from the law of California State and San Francisco City.
