“Felt dodgy and didn't order any business. Here's why...”

Found this "local" website online with a Melbourne, Australia local phone number and address. Tried calling the local number but ended up submitting a request for more information (as it was after hours). Received a chat response almost immediately (at 8pm at night) from "Michael Sharp" at customer service (with what looks to be a profile pic of a man with a caucasian appearance). Asked to speak via phone and got talking. They called from an unlisted / The first thing I noticed was that his accent was clearly not local and was somewhere South Asian (?). I was only interested in some design work that was simple - like a basic logo and letterhead design package for about $150 but kept getting up sold to their premium / ultimate package with website / social media / CMS etc. Initially the price quoted for this big package was $1700 but with some "left over christmas coupons", he could offer it at $1349. Then after telling him I really don't need all that extra work, he put me on hold to "talk to his colleagues" for all of 15 seconds and then came back to tell me that he got the price down to $689. By this point, I was losing interest fast and was scrambling to find online reviews independent of all the glowing reviews posted on their website. I ended up not going ahead with any business and probably saved a lot of time, headaches and ultimately cash. What cemented the uncertainty was when I looked up the address of their business on the outskirts of Melbourne via Google Street View and saw an empty plot of land with just a small site shed in an empty residential street (pics attached of the address on their website and what I found on Google Street View that is actually there). That's when I realized this was potentially and most likely a scam. I cut off all communications and hopefully, they won't be calling back. I realize there may be a chance this business is legitimate but I thought I'd report the fishy things I saw before deciding not to go ahead.
