“A bunch of crooks and liars”

Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.

Was looking to own my first automatic watch, but on a budget. After doing some research, I settled on the Seiko 5 SNK809K2. A brief search online for the best deals led me to CreationWatches. The buying process was smooth and communication from their end was great. Also got the watch pretty fast given the current lockdown in France as a result of Covid-19. Would highly recommend

After place an order online. Receive one email confirmation. Than there is nothing.
No more information sent to me about postage. In fact there isn't anything else. Have to email them ask for postage tracking information. Very disappointed with their customer service. :(

Ordered a couple Seiko's and had them shipped to my office. Received an email the next day asking me to confirm info and clarify why shipping address was different then billing address. Clarified since it needed a signature it was more likely I'd be at my office during the day. Received a reply all is well. Keep in mind they are using an overseas customer service center so all replies happen around 2am central and no one is reply to your email for at least 24 hours. By the point of receiving the reply that everything is good, 48 hours have gone by from when I ordered. 24 more hours go by and I receive a 3 rapid calls in a row while I'm in a meeting at work. A voicemail states its their customer service needing to verify more information and to call or email them. I get out of the email and try calling the number that called me. It doesn't take incoming calls. I check my email and sure enough someone has emailed me a quick email saying my number was unreachable and to provide them with a different number, I clarify they called during a meeting and to call back and that I tried calling. Nothing in return so far after 12 hours. I look up their USA number on their website and it goes straight to a voicemail. Leave a voicemail and again crickets. Good god is it hard to just order something here, but hey, thanks for charging me already while refusing to ship my watches.

I'm not satisfied with the watch Michael Kors type 3179 because:
-- Price indication was 102 and I payed conform it was indicated taxes: 0 % on pc.
However DHL Express with waybill number *******996 of RSL asked me to pay import duties and VAT, without a bill, what I have payed (Also totaly 102+38,97=140,97).
There is no indication about the contents/supplier on the packaging.
In my humble opinion you have failed. Ref.nr. **************
Payment/refund through my bank account in the Netherlands NL46RBRB*******076 on my name.

I finally have a refund after around 7 months of battling these guys. Moved from 1 to 2 stars.

About six months ago I placed an order with these guys. I had bought a watch in the past and received it promptly. This time around, they appeared to have used a cheaper postal service since it was a lower cost item and adjusted the delivery window accordingly. So I waited. After several weeks I got worried and contacted them. They told me, it's normal, keep waiting. After a couple of months they told me they were investigating. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting and I'll I get back is the same copy-and-paste responses from someone called Vanya asking me to wait. I demanded my order or refund. Same copy-and-paste response.

So be warned that if there are any complications with your order, these guys don't want to know about it - you're own your own.

Creation watches provided the option of free DHL shipping to my provided address in India, which I chose. Unfortunately after waiting for more than a month during which time I was always told by Creation Watches that my "watch will be delivered soon", nothing happened. Even DHL stopped responding mentioning a weird clause that my address is "not serviceable". I do not understand why they picked up the parcel at all if the address was "not serviceable". My request to refund my money was also not responded to by Creation Watches. Ultimately I had to complain to Paypal who ruled in my favour and permitted a full refund. I am yet to receive the money in my account, but I believe Paypal refunds take about 2 weeks time to show up on credit card accounts. However Creation Watches failed miserably. They have good watch collection at great price, but they cannot ship properly, so you might end up getting nothing.

I ordered a watch and paid by Paypal. After two weeks, no sign of any parcel. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was posted and given a tracking number. On checking Singpost tracking the item left the day I enquired about it. I had to wait a further three weeks for delivery. This is now not the same company I have dealt with in the past.

Rapidos en los envios, competitivos en precio... pero no podrás devolver la mercancía a no ser que pagues por Pay Pal. Cuidado con las cajas de los relojes que NUNCA son las originales y eso hace que los relojes de coleccion no valgan lo que deben valer en un futuro. Y del pago de aduanas mejor no hablar, te tocará casi seguro..

Great watch at great price I thought. BUT at checkout which said free P&P the small print said import tax may be charged, and no indication of how much this would be. DHL delivered and charged £25.00 before they would hand over the goods. 33% increase. This was not at all clear. If import tax is due the amount should be printed so the customer knows the exact cost! The tax bought the price of the watch to the same price as most of the other websites. Not the bargain I thought I had! I feel a little cheated!

When visiting the site, you get an overview of beautiful watches with excellent prices. What is never mentioned, unless you read the terms and conditions, is that import taxes can occur. I also wasn't informed that the shipment country was Singapore. Result was an extra charge of 41 on a watch of 80 (50%!) what is on average the price I would have paid in my country (and I would have had 2 years of warranty). Why not shipping from a European hub or, at least, adding a clear message (with a cost estimation) of the additional cost. I even doubt that this is legal behaviour...

I was happy with the product however the company did not pay custom fees nor specifically write anywhere that I would have to pay this. This therefore delayed the process of receiving the watch and I had to pay an extra £12 on top to receive the watch and so will not be ordering again.

Although the watch was securely packaged overall, there was no separation between the case back and the folded bracelet. It was steel on steel and in the course of transportation the bracelet rubbed on the case back and marked it. If anyone is going to scratch a new watch of mine, best it be me and not the supplier! This is something that is easily prevented with padding between case back and steel bracelet. This experience of mine with your company makes me wonder if future purchases should be from dealers that offer the original boxes where the watch is on a cushion and although the cost would be slightly more, the item would arrive in an unmarked and pristine condition.
