My PayPal account was hacked and several transactions were made on my account that I had to dispute and creamiicandy hapkened to be one of them. Just a few hours after filing my claim within paypal I got a horrible and threatening email from who I assume is the owner of creamiicandy. They sent me a screenshot of the order made using my account and titled the email "scammer". They told me they submitted my address to the police, I'll have the email in the photos on here. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I would be personally threatened with police by a company via email. So unprofessional

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I would be personally threatened with police by a company via email. So unprofessional

Tip for consumers:
the owner needs to learn how to deal with people.

My order was refunded but i never got my money back and i email them multiple times and they never responded so i hope they eat $#*!. 😐

I ordered a package 3 months ago and it should of been here by a week or so. It said it will take a week to come but still didn't show. Im really upset I spent 70$ something on these squishes. I called the bank and luckily they gave me my money back. I will never order from here again, I hope it gets banned!

Run as fast as you can and never look back. I ordered over $300 worth of squishies and they only sent 17 pieces. I was supposed to get 66 pieces per my purchase order. They sent an email confirmation from a no reply email address (*******@creamiicandy.com) and sent tracking from a weird gmail address (*******@gmail.com JOEL QIAO) tracking was supposed to accompany another tracking but they never sent it. Also, when I looked at all my email confirmation, the same purchase order was re-sent with different shipping instructions/notes written on there posing fake as me or they slipped and sent the purchase order with their own notes to me by mistake saying, "only ship this xxxxx and NOT THE OTHER ONES" lol what a mess. I filed a dispute/claim with PayPal. Company is a joke. Don't buy from them. You have been warned.

I bought squishies from them in November 2016 and it is now January 26,2017 and they still haven't arrived! I emailed the company three times but they don't respond and made no effort in following up for me. I don't know what kind of mailing company they use because the tracking status shows it has arrived at "destination post" but it never arrived at my address! Both creamiicandy and Singapore post are scams! Never buy from them ever again!

My package still hasn't come and I'm so disappointed, what a letdown for my daughters birthday. I ordered 100 dollars worth of squishies, the tracking number isnt working either.

Loves to threaten customers. Joel Wu is nasty and passive agressive. No tracking or update on order. Gives fake tracking and takes advantage of kids.

Extremely disappointed considering how popular they are. They are simple just overrated. Ordered one package missing 2 items, another with the wrong colour, that's $36aus of my money. Wouldn't reply to emails for whatever reason, unresponsive on Instagram dm despite the fact they were posting pictures of new items they were selling? They are lacking in communication terribly, messing up orders to add on is just frustrating. Never returned my money or even got back to me. Either ignoring or they really need it work on customer service. "Get back to all emails in 2 business days" my a**

customer service and quality is atrocious. my squishies came defected twice, and i received the wrong items twice as well. when i emailed them, they completely disregarded my problems on both occasions. on the website, it claims to provide tracking for orders over $50 within australia, yet i never receive tracking emails, which contradicts their claims. i do not reccommend this website at all. if you're looking for a good squishy website, i reccommend delitefulboutique or kawaiishopaus.

I ordered a Package for my daughter and It Hasn't arrived yet. Its been 1 month and 1 week and Shes exited when the mail truck comes and has a fit when she does not get her package. Terrible service. We have sent some emails and they haven't Replied yet. I suggest you order from other trustworthy websites like Silly squishes,
Kawaii land, Delightful boutique, Ect,

I'm sorry, but creamiicandy basically scammed me.
1.) I won her giveaway, she said she sent but she actually didn't
2.) I have proof and she said she will be shipping this Tuesday but she didn't(this was a long time ago)
3.) they say i'm supposed to recieve in 2-3 weeks on their website, but i never recieved
4.)Looked at all my messages, never replied or gave me evidence or proof of sending out.

I ordered an item, they sent the wrong one and when I tried to contact them, they never answered my emails. It was very interesting, because when they had to contact me before to verify my credit card details, they answered that email, but didnt bother answering at all when I said that they sent the wrong item. Apauling service! Not trustworthy at all!

Everytime I order from creamiicandy, there is something off with the order. More than half of the squishies from them have come defected, the packaging looks damaged and has clearly been opened. I don't have this issue with any other site. One squishy I received had dust stuck to it and had clearly been taken from the packaging, two swuishies arrived really defected and another the packaging was scrunched up and hanging open (ibloom)
Feels like im buying a second hand swuishy from a discount site. And the attitude of the owner towards customers is disgusting. Going to make a point to avoid this site, Id rather pay more elsewhere and get a squishy in new condition, loke i paid for.

I wish I could give them a zero. They have ZERO customer service. They answer No messages! I ordered in feb. It is now almost June. No one will help or even reply. Why have a business if you can't answer customers? Do NOT buy from them. I canny stress that enough. Worst company I have EVER dealt with

Never got my package since 9/2016... repeatedly ask for researching lost package or replace or refund my money! Never can thru and we are now into 4/2017... I hope this company gets shut down! I hate dishonest companies especially letting down an 11 year old using her own money and STOLE FROM HER!

We live in London and between Christmas and new year we received confirmation that it had been dispatched. Nothing has arrived yet. We've been sent a coud to use when the item has arrived. They said it would arrive by 18th Jan. Now 2nd Feb. We've emailed them twice to ask them to investigate but have had no response. I would say don't use this company. I don't even think we'll get a refund.

I received the wrong item, and sent them a very polite email kindly asking for an exchange. I even noted that I was fully willing to pay for shipping the item back, in return for the actual item I paid for even though it was 100% THEIR error. They replied back asking for me to take a photo of writing on the packaging. I sent the photo the same day. A week passed, no reply. I sent another email asking for an update, and still no reply. It's been over a month with no reply. All the sudden I get an email from a random third party site saying they sent something to me, but there's not even a tracking number? I emailed their customer service again with no reply still. I was extremely nice to them, but they couldn't be bothered to help at all. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered several squishes in March, and received all but one. I have sent several emails, and never got a response. They have a bogus phone number, you can NEVER get through to them. I will NEVER order from them again!

Stay Away. Good at taking money. Not good at shipping product. Multiple attempts for any or status updates or information. Zero response. Very frustrating.

*********Be Aware!**********

We paid over $100 USD for kids Christmas gift. We didn't get any shipping information nor tracking number. Item was never received, and we realized it was sent to the wrong address (to Australia). Of course, we wrote the right US address (even our bank confirmed that the company also exchanged the currency & withdrew our money in USD).

We requested for a refund or to have the item sent to the right address. When we contacted CreamiiCandy, "Joel Wu," one of the customer service representatives from CreamiiCandy replied saying "i found out you wrote wrong address. It's your fault not ours."

She originally said the package was "sitting in the local post office." However, when we contacted her to return & forward package to us, she just said it was our fault and never replied back.

We are reporting them as fraud and speaking to our attorney at law.

Hi this customer 100 percent put the wrong address. They had put nsw Australia in the shipping information which automatically got exported to our system for shipping. We have offered to return the parcel to them to the correct address with no shipping costs when they come back to us. YOU 100 percent put the wrong address, we even emailed you proof and it even says in your account you put Australia.

I am truly dissiponted in creamiicandy.com
A few months ago I paid 100 for a pack of squishies, in the web site photos it showed massive squishies, and it was litterally my dream to get some of those squishies to add on to my collection. I was even going to start a YouTube channel for those squishies! So I ordered them with all my money that I had. I was just SO EXCITED to receive that package, a few weeks later I got that package. I was wondering why the package was literally the sise of a wallet, so I excitedly oppend it, unfortunately when I opend the package there were all Christmas leftovers and TINY! I am just still SO upset about all of this. So the next day I wrote a review on sitejabber.com a few days later I resived a email from a representative of creamii candy saying they would give me a 30 dollar coupon, so I was becoming happy. So I wated a few days, but still no coupon or email. Now here I am a few months later whith no coupon. I was so so sad and still am that I gave my money to this rip off web site!

If I could not give any star to this place I would because they don't deserve even 1 star. I ordered my product on September 2 and it is now October 13 and still no product. I contacted them and they told me to go check with my post office and that they are not responsible. I not only paid $80.00 worth of products, I also paid for shipping and all they could tell me was that they are not responsible. I have ordered stuff internationally before and it came within one week and this stuff never happens. Not only do you have to pay for shipping to them, they tell you to go to your post office to check on the order yourself which is an inconvenience and what is the point of paying shipping when you literally have to go pick it up and it not even there! I don't recommend this company and if you like squishes, order from silly squishy instead

I have email them multiple times asking them to sent me a order conformation and a shipping conformation and they still have yet to respond! I spent $69.00 and you would think they would respond to me. I'm just so irritated right now. If your looking for a website with great customer survice shop at CharmsLol, Silly squishies and Kawaii Land. But I would highly suggest not shooing here.

Hi, we found your order and our system always sends automatic emails when an order has been made and also sent out. We put instructions to make sure our email is not in your spam folder when these emails get sent out. I apologise for not replying to your email so promptly (noting that we still replied in three business days). Also as stated on our website, orders outside of australia takes about 2 weeks or sometimes 3. We sent your order on 14 December (one business days after you paid) and it has been barely a week since you made it so it is still on its way. We also packed gifts in your order and am disappointed at the bad review just because we didn't respond to your email as promptly as you liked. Please always make sure the right email is put in orders and spam mails are checked.
