I've sent flowers to a couple clients through Cream and Browns. Overall I've been happy with the flowers and services. I would recommend them and use them again.
Ordered funeral flowers for my grandad, the flowers were horrendous pictures added, i was shocked just looking at them on the coffin, the words were bent and some looked bigger than others and there was a bottle of newcastle brown ale, well it looked like a child had made it, i was so upset, the last goodbye to my dear grandad and that was it, i got home and emailed Karen stating how dissapointed i was and i was ignored, i left it over the weekend and then rang yesterday and asked to have a chat about how bad they were, she was hard faced and said that my idea and her idea of how the flowers were were different, she said she had pictures of the flowers and if they were bent that must have been the funeral directors fault so i asked her to email the pictures she took over to me, no email after 4 hours so i emailed her saying i havent received these pictures, to that i got a response of i havent taken any it was for another funeral, so i sent her pictures i had taken, everyone at the funeral were dissapointed, she said what do you want from me as i dont refund i said an apology would be nice and not to ignore me, i will never ever and will tell as many people not to book flowers from this company, terrible service all round
We ordered some flowers online with Cream and Browns Florist, to be delivered in Middlesbrough to my mam on her birthday. They were delivered bang on time, and me mam said they were beautiful. We will definitely use them again, the price was very good and the site was very easy to use. We choose them because they stood out from all the other boring websites.
I received and absolute stunning bunch of flowers from my husband last Friday on Valentine’s Day, and when I asked where he got them from, he said that he ordered them through a website called www.creamandbrowns.com, based in Darlington. We were visiting family in Darlington for a family wedding and when they arrived it was quite embarrassing because they were so big and beautiful. But I don’t care I loved them
If you’re into your flowers or you know someone who is, visit Cream and Browns Florist in Middlesbrough. It’s a contemporary funky, trendy florist, but very professional and can do traditional or modern bespoke designs. We order all our flowers and arrangements for delivery on their website, the flowers always get a huge response from our customers who are overwhelmed. But the shop is worth a look if your in Middlesbrough town centre. We would not use anyone else. When you've seen what they do you will understand why they get such good reviews and win awards.
Cream and browns florists are the best florists by a mile in Middlesbrough, Bold statement i know but, we've used them plenty of times and they always deliver. Not only are the the coolest florist in Middlesbrough but most defiantly the most reliable one. As event planner we have used a few florists but Cream and Browns are extremely professional all under the eye of Karen, master florist and one of the owners. Would highly recommend them based on service and value for money.
Just love this florist in Middlesbrough, i ordered two lots of flowers this morning at 9.45am to be delivered by lunch time to the girls in the office in Middlesbrough, and they arrived at 11.45am. Fantastic service, and i've seen the flowers and they are beautiful. Wish more businesses were that good on service. I used the Creamandbrowns.com website to send some mothers day flowers at the weekend, great looking website very easy to use, quick and extremely reasonably prices. When I called my mum yesterday she said she loved them, I asked her to send a photo and they were truly stunning not what I expected,(110 x better) Would use them again and very happy to recommend.

We used creamandbrowns.com florist for our wedding flowers and to decorate the reception tables at the hotel in Stokesley North Yorkshire Middlesbrough. The florists were extremely helpful and patient with the consultations we had. The wedding flowers were delivered in plenty of time and the reception was just to die for. We would highly recommend them as they were very professional and extremely talented florists, especially Karen. Many Thanks i hope you get to read this.
We met cream and browns florists in Darlington, after a quick chat they gave us their card and we went home a looked at the website. The pictures reviews were just out of this world so we booked our wedding flowers online there and then.
We were a bit worried but on the day our wedding flowers arrived on time and were simply beautiful. We would highly recommend them and their services.

Cream and browns florist supplied all the flowers and tributes for a family members funeral. They were very professional, compassionate and the tributes and flowers were just beautiful. I have personally used them before and would highly recommend them. Very good florists.

I love this site, i use Cream and Browns Florist all the time they are cool, and deliver bang on time. My wife loves them because they are funky and different to all the other florists we have used and know, and best of all they deliver locally to Nunthorpe, Yarm, ingleby Barwick and anywhere 15 miles of Middlesbrough. To sum them up very creative, clever and extremely pro florists in Middlesbrough.
