The coffee cake made in a mug in the microwave is so good. Not too much for me to eat, not overdone or underdone. I think it will be my go to dessert now. I would add a pic, but it was so good, I ate it.

I have tried many black bean soups over the years, but the Black Bean Soup from Crazyforcrust is hands down the best one ever. The flavors are subtle but perfect, and the soup is not too thick and not too thin. My husband and I are hooked on this soup, and I make it twice a month without fail.
Incredible peanut butter cookies. They are as the site says THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES. They are the best. Wonderful flavor, texture, not overly sweet. Can cook for a few minutes longer and have crispy edge. Undercooked, overcooked, cooked just right, they are so delicious. Will not last long. Since I am always hunting for good recipies I lately ran into this absolutely GREAT Peanut Butter Snickerdoodles recipe from Crazyforcrust. The snickerdoodles melt in you rmouth and the taste is absolutely great. All I can say: if you don't try it it's your own fault, because it's the best Snickerdoodle recipe I ever testet (and I have tested many in my long life). I hope you will follow my advice!
