Claim Your BusinessI used to love Crazy Cups' coffees for the Keurig. I've always purchased them via Amazon.com, to get the best price and selection. I won't be purchasing ANY Crazy Cups' products ever again, because their customer service person was extremely rude. I had trouble with two of their cups (of the same flavor) nearly damaging my Keurig. I wrote and kindly explained that perhaps they'd like to know about this, in case others were having a similar situation. I was NOT seeking any free product. What I received from them was an e-mail that said since I bought the product via Amazon, they didn't care what happened. They only stand behind their product if it's bought directly from them. Now THAT is a crock of crap because if you're selling a product, you NEED to stand behind it no matter who is selling it for you. What I wanted was just a simple, "Hey, sorry about that -- thanks for letting us know so we can check into it." What I received was a short, snotty response from a company who obviously doesn't care about it's customers. After years of buying Crazy Cups, I immediately STOPPED and began buying from one of their main competitors. Wouldn't you know, their competitors put out a MUCH better product in every sense. Crazy Cups just lost a customer -- I won't be back.
