Deleting posts, and lose of credibility is the new CB as of 2017. If your looking for true help the new BlackBerry phones, then go to Android sites. This is not your Dad's old school Crackberry, things have changed in a very negative way.
They have poor customer support. I placed an order and immediately contacted them asking if they could change the shipping address. They contacted me later the next day informing me that it has already been shipped...
