Package got lost in transit likely due to a wreck in the weather and their customer service is now all AI and automated. No matter what you type, they give you the same copypasted responses. I had to go through my credit card to get a refund because no matter what I asked or posted, it just kept saying 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' You pay for 5-7 business days shipping in reality it's 7-15 business days. Absolutely terrible people. Do not trust.

I do not feel that Kristan did everything she could to resolve my complaint. I have been a CPAP customer for many years and have never had any issues. But, this one really bothered me because CPAP.com should have clearly stated that additional components are necessary in order to make the $379.99 battery bank connect to the CPAP machine. It is not clearly stated at all. The battery features are FIVE (5) paragraphs long. The following sentence is literally in the LAST of those 5 paragraphs, and in the next-to-the-last sentence of that paragraph: "In order to power your CPAP machine, you'll need to use your device's DC charger (not included)." There is also nowhere on the page that gives you information on the DC Converter that is needed. Also, when you checkout, it does not state that you need an additional DC Converter ($84.95) to connect. I only know about the price and where it is located (on another screen) because I called them. My order consisted of two items... a CPAP machine and a battery bank. That's it. So, they know those two items go together but cannot work without the DC Converter. Not happy.
They are charging me a fee for opening the box on the return. I would not have any idea the CPAP would not connect to the battery bank without opening the box. I asked to speak to Elizabeth, the CSR manager, but she was unavailable. This is really disheartening to know that they are charging me for returning something that they know would not work without additional components and something that I couldn't have had any way of knowing.
UPDATE: Carol called this morning and stated that she agreed with my review. They need to make it more clear, as well as have a pop-up during checkout to state that the DC Converter is needed as well. She asked what could she do to resolve the situation. And, it was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you. Carol, for restoring my faith in CPAP.com.

I placed an order for CPAP supplies and ran into an issue where one of the items was out of stock even though it did not show this on the website. It cause my order to be delayed for shipping. Daryl assisted me with getting my order corrected so that I could get the other items I ordered why I waited for the last item to be restocked. I purchased a CPAP and mask from CPAP.com and quickly realized that the mask I had ordered didn't fit quite right. I call and jennifer was so helpful! She was able to quickly and efficiently solve my problem and get me a replacement for a new cushion Her customer service was great and professional, and thanks to this experience I will definitely continue to order from CPAP.com!

He answered me all of what I wanted to know. At the first, I requested to my subscription and got. However, I received only the top page of three. So I asked on chat and Haily explained me that you do not need to file any other pages but he answered me the number of my machine pressure. That is what I wanted to know. I very much appreciated. CPAP sent my order out via FEDx Overnight it left Texas on time and was in Dulles, VA by Noon the next day. It sat in the FEDx facility overnight and still not delivered as of today. It was to be delivered in Frederick, MD. Weather in VA or MD was not an issue.
I explained this to the Customer Service rep and Erica handled it in a very professional manner, she understood what I was saying. Erica refunded the cost of the FEDx overnight fee. Excellent customer service. Thank You.

Hello. CPAP.com is a great site to learn the scope of products and varieties of masks and accessories out there. I find the live chat feature incredibly helpful and pretty quick to respond. Answered questions, recommended alternate options to fit my needs, and offered to take the order if I needed assistance. The site itself doesn't get much business from me because they are strategic in how they apply "sitewide" discounts--excluding the items that I want (and probably that are most popular - so I can't blame them). However, I will never make that purchase if the product is excluded from a sitewide sale. If I'm going to pay full retail, I will find a cheaper retailer for that product.

Went to the website and found what i needed. Went to check out and the site kept asking for my long in even after i gave it, so i could not checkout. Made the call and had to wait a while than Brandy came on the phone and was extremely helpful. She changed my perceptions, so i did have a good experience after some frustration.

This company sends email and postal mail ads with one price but then when you try to buy the same day, the price jumps because "we only had a few at that price" or some other reason. I wrote that this bait and switch has happened twice to me. The company responded and made good on the sale price, so I'm changing my review here. If you call and are turned away by the service desk, ask for a supervisor.

I just ordered my travel sized CPAP machine from this company as they had the best price around. The order process was easy. After I submitted it, I received an email that my prescription was needed. I had uploaded it during the order process, so I thought I'd call their service hotline to double-check that the document was received. The phone was answered immediately by Agnes. She was very friendly and competent, found my prescription right away and validated it for me. She was also able to confirm some product information that I wanted to double-check. I left the call feeling confident that I made the right choice with this company. An email confirmed the validated prescription as soon as I got off the phone.

Company used deceptive ad to gain new clients i signed up for a new account on 3/4/21 completed the signup for "10% & Free shipping with orders over $150" after receiving the code I submitted it at checkout and the price did not change. I contacted the agent with chat and informed them the code did not work... I was told they don't have a code even though you can see it on the site. I then asked for a code and was denied... i informed the agent i would take a screen shot with the chat and create this negative review for deceptive ad practices. Please see the attached screen shot and i urge you to not do business with this company. I will also attach my BBB report to show you i did file a complaint with the BBB for deceptive ad.

CPAP.com customer service reached out to me on 3/5/2021. After reviewing my complaint, we agreed the email that was sent regarding the discount was missing exclusion information. We also address the live chat with communication between the agent and myself to help improve customer service in the feature. The CPAP CSR honored the discount based on the information provided. I would like to thank the CSR for taking the time to address this professionally because of that I completed my original order with CPAP.com.

Tip for consumers:

If you have grown tired of middle men providers that charge you co-pays that are higher than stuff you can buy from this company, you won't be disappointed in the prices CPAP.com. I quit the middlemen years ago when they wanted me to pay $1200 for a machine that I found at CPAP for $300. I bought 4 of them, and for different locations. Their customer service is great, and responsive. I missed out on two discounts recently by several hours and twenty five cents. I called and talked to Tylisa C because I was a bit bummed, having spent $270 and missed each discount. She made the extra effort for me and I got a little discount. That made me happy. No I don't get insurance reimbursement - I tried, and it was a circus. But my expenses for parts through CPAP are very affordable and they carry all sorts of older parts. I create my own mask out of a Swift FX, and use Breeze individual soft nasal pillows - cutting off the ones swift makes and inserting the Breeze-better fitting ones-into the Swift mask. I haven't used their cool try out a mask to see if you like it yet, because I like my own set up, but it seems like a good way to try new stuff. I still have left over hoses and parts from the services that used to send me stuff every month. Gradually I am using these old things up. Then I buy only what I need from CPAP.com. It really is cheaper in the end, and you're not supporting the 'steal from the government middlemen.'

I'm writing because I had some problems with CPAP delivery but then I spoke ro Daryl C and he was everything you want in customer service. He listened, didn't argue with me, said he would take responsibility for it, and boy did he ever! He is a natural leader and I wish he could train their whole company!

I purchased a mask and chin strap on 06/11/16 was told they would get the prescription on Monday, 06/13/16. They received the prescription but they said a stamp was used by the doctor's office and they won't accept it because a word is covered by the stamp. I had to send them a letter authorizing them to contact my doctor's office again. They said they called and no answer so they left a message on Tuesday, 06/14/16. I just called today, 06/16/16 and they are waiting for the doctor to call them back. I asked if they called the doctor back and I was told "no, but I guess I could"

UPDATE - The customer service rep called me back after 15 mins and told me they spoke to my doctor's office and that the doctor is reviewing the request and that is the hold up. It's nice to someone take their job seriously. Thanks CPAP.com. Now I will get on my doctor's back about this.

cpap.com has very reasonable prices as well as very courteous service. Zachary helped in all ways he could. I wish a warranty could have been extended just two weeks but he worked with me all he could. I appreciate it very much.

Supplied info. About the warranty option on my cpap. Good to know that if its under warranty, no fee is charged. Bad news... 3 to 6 weeks.
