It was so nice to be able to talk to someone who knows about the products. I ended up buying a different travel machine than I would have if I bought online and Kelsey directed me to the most popular nasal mask which I have been wanting to try.
Package got lost in transit likely due to a wreck in the weather and their customer service is now all AI and automated. No matter what you type, they give you the same copypasted responses. I had to go through my credit card to get a refund because no matter what I asked or posted, it just kept saying 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' You pay for 5-7 business days shipping in reality it's 7-15 business days. Absolutely terrible people. Do not trust.
Beware this site cpap.com will not sell a cpap mask without a copy of your prescription. I understand if it were a machine, but routine supplies is not being reasonable. If that is the policy then do not allow an order to be placed until you have submitted your prescription.
Their website states same day shipping, false information. Website order information hasn't updated from showing its being processed. Finally contacted them by chat, rep stated item had shipped. When i asked why i wasn't sent an email to confirm she stated they did. I never received an email. I expressed my disappointment then rep became rude. Bye bye Cpap.com!

Their chat service is worse than terrible. They will insult you and send you stupid videos to watch (btw I already had watched); then they just ignore you. It takes up to a minute to get a response. First (and last) time i will ever use them. They strongly believe in customer NO service
While there is simplicity in finding so many supplies in one place, their costs are often exorbitant.

This is a follow-up to my original one-star review. After I posted that review on sitejabber.com, I received a call from someone with cpap.com. She claimed that the reason my one-star review was not posted is because it contained my name (which is did not and does not). So, I submitted the review again, and the second time it was accepted by the website. But, I received an automated email message from cpp.com inviting me to withdraw my review (presumably because it is a one-star review)! I found this offensive, as I have never received such a message when posting either positive or negative reviews from any other vendor. But, a couple of days later, my one-star review was finally posted on cpap.com. So, other potential purchasers are finally on notice of the burnt plastic smell emitted by the machine. I have upgraded my rating of cpap.com from one to two stars because they finally did post my review, but only after I have had to devote hours of time to addressing the issue on this very useful site, and on the phone with cpap.com representatives, and only after choosing not to withdraw my negative review in response to their unwelcome invitation to do so.
"We are sorry to hear about your poor experience while posting a review. Our review system is built to protect our customer's personal information when it's entered so that it's not shared publicly. We are happy to see that your review got posted once that information was taken out. CPAP.com stands behind manufacturer warranties and we will reach out to you regarding the product you received that was unsatisfactory."
I bought a Transcend 3 auto cpap machine from cpap.com. It emits a burnt plastic smell. So, I reviewed the machine on the cpap.com website with the lead line "It Stinks!", because it does stink up the air you breathe when using the machine. Cpap.com refused to publish my one-star review. So, beware--the product reviews on cpap.com are biased, so don't rely on them. And, beware of the Somnetics Transcend 3 machine--it really does emit a burnt plastic smell when you use it.
They need to put a bold banner top & bottom of website to let you know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you don't like it or can't use it- tough. I'm out $300.00 because the cpap machine has a loud squeaky noise, and I can't use earplugs. Beware the cheaper ones ARE LOUD.
They'll only honor a warranty at your dime without replacement, and they want to charge you $170 for a rental while you wait an undetermined amount of time. The Better Business Bureau gives them the worst rating of an "F" see here http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/clinics-sleep-centers/cpap-com-in-stafford-tx-*******/
Cpap.com is a huge site, but their customer service is lacking. I felt like they were just hurrying me through the process and didn't really care about how satisfied I was. I'd be loath to recommend cpap.com to anyone.

Hi John,
Thanks so much for your feedback. Unfortunately, per the FDA guidelines, we are not able to sell a complete mask (mask w/headgear connected) without a prescription however, we are able to sell mask parts which may make up a complete mask without a prescription in some cases. If you're interested in confirming if your selected mask is eligible to be sold without a prescription, please provide us with your contact information via private message and we will give you a callback.
Also, whereas you're able to place an order for an item that requires a prescription, you are required to select a method as to how you wish to submit your required prescription to us before your order will go through. For additional questions, or concerns please feel free to reach us at: 1-800-356-5221, you may ask to speak with Carol M.
