Love my new outdoor vinyl curtains, especially in these 20 degree snowy days in Tennessee! I've had them up on my back porch for about a month now. They have survived 60+ mph wind gusts and 35-40 mph sustained winds for 48 hours+. The weighted chain is a must as well as triple checking measurements. Oh, I use 4 inch ball bungee cords to hang and join the curtains. I ordered the maximum clear section available allowing me to stay dry, protected from the wind and warmer all while enjoying the view of my back yard. The quality of the product should support a long life of the product.

Do not buy anything here. They shipped me ruined, inked stain covers and are refusing all to refund me after I have sent them various pictures of the damaged product. They keep asking for more photos and videos, hoping that I will just not respond. The high ratings you see are all fake and probably done by a computer. This company should be shut down. I have had to contact my bank to help me fight them. Do not order anything here.

I am super impressed with Covers & All. I had cushion covers custom made for my outdoor lounge setting and received them just over a week later! The website was so easy to use and the total cost was less than expected. The finished product looks and feels great and easy to put on over my cushions.

After placing the order, I received an email to confirm dimensions, logo, and zipper placement. I called for help on a few things and talked to representatives that were very helpful. Received another email with mock up confirming the changes. And then received our custom covers less than a week after the last email. We placed an order for 5 large covers, so I thought that was pretty quick. The covers were perfect. Perfect fit, nice weight. Nicely made. Good quality. Highly recommend!

The first time we called someone answer the phone. After that when I had questions no luck first I thought because of the hours. But then calling at least 5 different times I gave up and crossed my fingers on how to order what I needed. I order covers for outdoor wall heaters. One came with some type of lining and the other no lining and for me to even think to call and ask why hell no don't need to be frustrated again. Those are my thoughts and experience.

First time customer, but with this great experience, we will definitely be back. The overall quality of the product is super, gives as much confidence in protection of our outdoor items, and leads us to believe that, as we need to do the same for future, hot tubs grills, or other outdoor furniture, we will most definitely back to Covers & All. Checked the measurements on my made-to-measure pizza oven cover several times to make sure I got it right. I had missed handles, hooks, rounded corners and they patiently contacted me with show drawings to check it off against and advice. Fits really well, well made, great price. Glad I used this company. Arrived quickly once designs finalised as well.

My interaction with customer service and the design team members was superior. I wanted a very specific design to protect my newly purchased water softener and allow me to monitor and make changes to the water softener's programming without removing the cover. Covers & All provided draft drawings were I could validate my own provided measurements. After I confirmed the draft drawings my project was constructed. A painless process.

The shopping and design experience for my custom cover was very good. Design requested all measurements in detail and we went through several iterations to get everything correct. They paid attention to all my comments and made the changes I suggested. I just wish I had not chosen the heaviest material for my custom 36 inch freestanding grill cover. It is difficult to put on and remove, especially during cold weather.

I ordered a custom cover for my entire outside kitchen (105 inches wide) that included a Monument Grills Denali 605 grill and a refrigerator (no sink). The team confirmed and reconfirmed all the measurements, spotted an error on my part, until they all added up. They made suggestions for the attachments that made more sense than the ones I initially selected. The manufacturing and delivery took less than 2 weeks and the price was reasonable. I totally recommend this company.

The bike cover did not fit as described. When I ordered it, they gave me a price and then after having all the measurements, they came back with another price much higher. Only thing that came out perfect was the logo on the side. So I spent $250.00 on a cover that's way too big and bulky. Maybe I can modify it somehow to make it work. Otherwise what a waste of money

We needed a cover that could adapt to the up/down movement of the chair and the very large hinges that controlled that movement. Designer Kevin did an excellent job making sure I did the correct measurements and was totally focused on getting the end product exactly right. When we received the cover it was perfect. Looks wonderful and is made of very good material. Very, very happy with the service and the product.

Acceptable, short on communication, don't care for the rubber like material so much, hope it breaths and doesn't mold or mildew under it. But pleasantly surprised and happy with what I got.

My cover turned out prefect! They took the time to email back and forth to make sure the cover would fit my outdoor kitchen perfectly. My original quote from another manufacture was just shy of $5000.00. Covers & All quoted me about $550.00. The quality of the material and workmanship is amazing. They even gave me a refund of $20.00 after all measurements had been confirmed.

This is the 2nd custom cover I've ordered from Covers & All. I have to say that working with the designers has been surprisingly easy. This cover required a bowed top, so had need for some additional measurements, of which the designer asked very thoughtful questions and quickly responded with a design that looked like it would do the trick. When it arrived, I immediately covered the item it was intended for and it fit like a glove. The quality of the material and stitching is excellent. I can't say enough good things about Covers & All.

I ordered a round 64x6 cushion for a patio daybed, and it fit perfectly. Quality seems to be good so far, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Also, I received it much faster than expected so that was nice.

Ordering Website on payment authorization, page went red and stated product not available.
No email of acknowledgement of a transaction. Surprise---product showed up a couple weeks later from india.
Cheap plastic tarp, will crack in our cold weather.
Called covers and All, to ask them why they went through on the order without acknowledgment to customer. Started me through a long process of opening a trouble ticket. Do not recommend for any reason.

I was having trouble locally getting an estimate for my boat console cover. Until I found Covers & All. I was reluctant to measure myself but the instructions were clear and easy. They helped me measure with a drawing via email that made the difference. My covers fit great. They were exactly what I needed and a great price. Will not hesitate to order again.

It is rare to find a speedy custom solution to an important basic that can easily be overlooked. It is also nice to have an opportunity to support a brand NOT amazon that provides a very fair price and a custom product that is high quality. The quality exceeded my expectations the first time I purchased, very durable and not flimsy. I first bought a grill cover and then came back for outdoor furniture covers. VERY worthwhile investment.
