We were looking for covers for our leather lounges, to help stop dog scratches (yes, I know we could keep the dogs off but that just isn't going to happen 😏). These guys took the time to check measurements against a photo sent because these lounges were different to their standard styles. The covers fit really well, and colour was pretty true to the website. Delivery was quick, especially considering it was coming from overseas. All in all we're very happy with our purchase and the process.
I hadn't received any information after order placed for weeks so follow up on line. Email had been sent but unfortunately went to spam. I then had a confirmation email nearly every day to do more measurements, this became very frustrating. In the end I followed up on line to get the items started. Once production was started they were made up quickly and delivery was quicker than expected.

Having our conditioner unit close to a salt pool, Covers & All was the best find ever - in Google. Great quality and communication throughout the process of getting the measurements right. I will definitely recommend this company for any covers needed. Now the children can splash (or do bombs) as much as they like in the pool with no fear of rust forming on our unit. Thank you

I'm always a little dubious buying things online especially if you don't have anything to compare it to.
I was pleasantly surprised though, the fabric quality is wonderful, the online ordering system very easy to use and the quality of the work is quite honestly the best value for money around! They fit perfectly! I'm so glad I purchased these, they have given my outdoor setting a new lease of life.
Great service, tv cover came quick
It seems sturdy to handle outdoors with only a few exceptions
One being the bottom Velcro seam should be over the top of the bottom piece so water can run off not down into the Velcro, already had to open to let water out, and the other is I had to cut the back flap in half that covers where the mount arm goes through so to cover that area protecting from weather
But otherwise seems like it will handle being outside

Measured up cushions entered info there order form, I think 24 hrs later they asked me to verify the measurements and add some done the around a week or so later and I'm talking later Dec early Jan covers turned up very good quality, only 1 little improvement I would suggest is to put a couple of eyelets in each side of the cushion to let air escape otherwise perfect and I have installed a couple of eyelets on them now seems to do the job. I'll be a returning customer for sure

This is a top quality product. My new cushion covers were made exactly to my supplied measurements and fitted perfectly. It was better made than the original factory cushion covers that came with the furniture.
The sellers communication was very detailed verifying final measurements zipper lengths and piping. The final produce is excellent and I will not hesitate to buy from you again. AAA!

I ordered two custom cushion inserts for $139 each. I had expected a tailored finished product. Instead they came as a cut piece of green foam rubber with some fluffy white padding partly glued on it. I had to contact customer service to ask whether to take off the fluff. They eventually said yes after about 10 mins. Looks very cheap for the price but it works ok.

This UV resistant BBQ cover is exactly what we have been looking for. It's high quality and very well made, a perfect fit, a good colour, tough and durable and promises to last far longer than our previous Weber branded covers which perish in the sun. Service was excellent with great communication and delivery was very fast.
We wanted a BBQ cover that was UV resistant and durable after having to replace the Weber branded covers too frequently. Covers & All products looked high quality with durable materials and also were available in a range of colours and materials. After receiving our cover we are very happy with its quality and fit.
The value for money here seems pretty top notch, the quality of the product looks like it will last years compared to the cheap off the shelf - one size fits all products you find everywhere online.
Unfortunately the draw strings to tighten the base of the cover seem to have little to no effect, they do not seem to tighten leaving the cover exposed to being blown around or off by the wind. Luckily i forked out an extra few dollars for the eyelets.
They had a sale on which made it worth the money, most of the shelf one size fits all covers had pretty negative reviews.

I can not fault customer service at all! I emailed them that I'd changed my mind on shipping and wanted it priority shipping so that it was here in time for a family gathering on the 23/12 and they fixed everything up very quickly and they were very responsive to all emails. The tablecloth fits my 8 seater outdoor table perfectly and I love the elastic corners. The tough material is just that it's nice and thick aswell and can tell it's of good quality

Dealing with professional people who cares about their customers was a great and rewarding experience. Where they had any doubt in mistakes that I may have made in the measuring of the dimensions of the cover needed, questions were asked. I took all their queries at heart which resulted in the final product having a perfect fit!

The custom cushion covers fit like a glove. Quality is great. They are indeed waterproof. And I received them within 2 weeks. Very happy.

I'm really happy with my custom sized outdoor mattress cover. It fitted perfectly. The material is comfortable and works well in an area that can get some rough weather. The ordering process was easy and it arrived when expected.

Satisfied overall. Took a bit of going back and forth with different "design team" members to get measurements right. But happy with the cover in the end. It fits well. Material seems ok. Was made quickly and delivered quickly once size was confirmed. Be aware they might charge extra if the measurements need adjustment which is hard if you can't have a quote on this beforehand and must pay extra regardless. However mine was a minimal charge (couple of centimetres extra here and there) so was not a large price differential.

Order process efficient, delivery was slower than advised however could not make any changes once order placed
I called, emailed, text with chatbot within a minute of placing order, then repeatedly followed up for 4 days leaving messages and further emails then told via chatbot that order was in process so no changes could be made, followed up email again and received same result. My order was placed on a Sunday with my email following immediately from receipt of order confirmation noting error. Had my email been read the error would easily have been fixed unfortunately as no customer service provided ended up with a well made cover that is unsuitable , disappointing

Despite a lengthy ordering process - that was frustratingly long, and seemed a bit excessive, I was very happy with the resulting product. I thought you did a great job making the cover - it's a perfect fit for the chair, and I'm very happy with it. I am yet to put the chair out in the weather and rain - so I can't confirm that it keeps the rain off, but I have no reason to doubt it will be ideal. Thank you!
Overall the communication was very positive. Your staff went to great lengths to get the dimensions right, so that the cover would be the right fit, and it was.
I found it via Google, and it seemed to offer a custom-made cover, which is what I needed. There didn't seem to be a lot of other companies offering the same service.
