The ordering process was a bit torturous but they were clearly wishing to get it right. Sadly they manufactured it in black not white as ordered.
I haven't ordered a full product from covers and all yet, but the sample pack they have sent me is very well put together, with a large pack of sample pieces to about a5 size with nice packaging. So many companies don't take this part seriously, and I am impressed. Enough that I'm certain I will be ordering from them shortly.

Upon checking the order details, discovered that the order was delayed because the covers did not meet our quality requirements and had to be redone. Also, we use top-quality shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL; however, we have no control over if the shipment gets delayed in transit. As an apology, our team has initiated a shipping refund for the same. We are sorry to know that you are not happy with the covers as well. As you have shared your concern with us we have passed the same to our quality team they will contact you shortly to provide the best possible resolution for the same.
